Can I just say that the wait is over . It’s been weeks of driving by hoping to catch them open and today it finally happened . And all I can say is wow . They are absolutely changing the buffalo food scene with both of their restaurants . This brisket 🍜 is top notch I have had ramen at all top ramen places in W.N.Y and Toronto this is something to experience. If ramen is something you love you have to try D.A.Eatz and it doesn’t stop at ramen the Mac & Cheese is fantastic. Did I forget to mention garlic truffle waffle fry’s and salmon bits . I literally wanted to try everything on the menu. Everything is made in house so everything is unique and is awesome and they are just getting started new menu items coming soon .i am so looking forward to making this a go to stop for amazing food . D.A. Taste will always have a special place in my heart but I think I may have found a new side place . Also was able to talk to both owners Dominick and Azrael they are such down to earth people . They are what buffalo needs when it comes to Locally owned restaurants they really make the experience welcoming. They also told me that they have a lot of new menu items in the works so be prepared for that and don’t be afraid to experiment. You’re not going to be disappointment

As much as I love to try small businesses out, the ramen really isn’t the best. I had tried their ramen a few months ago, and then my family wanted to try it today, so I wanted to give it another chance. It’s obvious that it’s a fusion between Japanese ramen with a different touch. However here are some of my critiques, as id really love to see them improve. Initially when I came in my first visit, they were kind individuals who had just opened up a few months back. No critique here. While the ramen is indeed flavorful, it’s clear they use top ramen for their noodles, rather than a more authentic Japanese noodle. There was also cheese melted into the noodles; This really set us off, which prompted me to cook my own ramen in order to see a difference. It definitely changed my mind. My second critique is we had ordered their waffle fries, they are indeed flavorful, just overcooked — which made them dry and crunchy. Overall, spending $17-$22 for a ramen dish does not seem worthwhile when top ramen is the main ingredient. If they changed what brand of noodles they used, I would definitely try this location again.

*5/5 Stars* I'm thrilled to share my outstanding dining experience at DA Eatz in South Buffalo! I was looking for a local ramen place that I haven't tried yet and found them via Google maps. And can I say - DELISH! i know this newcomer to the local scene will quickly become a favorite of mine. Since opening in December 2024, DA Eatz has set the bar high for innovative and delicious eats. The truffle fries are TO DIE FOR! Crispy, flavorful, and utterly addictive, they're a must-order. The beef brisket ramen was rich and savory, with tender brisket and flavorful broth with hints of onion and lime. And the strawberry lemonade? Refreshing and perfectly balanced – a great way to wash down the savory goodness. They do offer online ordering delivery and there were several pickups while we waited for our food. And the only con, if I had to list one, was the wait to get our food. But it is so, so worth it! The quality of the food, combined with the welcoming atmosphere, makes DA Eatz a top recommendation for anyone looking to try something new in South Buffalo. I'd love to go back and explore more of the menu!
