Good Guys Deli & Grill — Restaurant in Buffalo

I live down the street and order from here regularly. The food is always good, but they need to be better about getting orders correct. I’d say 30-50% of the time we bring food home, it’s missing something or it’s wrong. My partner is allergic to cheese, and now we have to check before leaving the store to make sure they didn’t put cheese on the sandwich. Many times they do, even though we explicitly told them no cheese because I of a dairy allergy. We can’t just take off the cheese because it’ll still make him sick.

Also, a couple times we have ordered bacon on a sandwich and get home and there’s no bacon, which is especially annoying because we paid extra for it. Tried calling to see if we can come back to get the side of bacon they left off and their phones were disconnected. I hope someone sees this because it needs to be addressed. It’s not hard to get...

Best "fast food " ,Grill oriented selection in the Area..I will never eat a Jim's steak hoagie again...Good Guys 315 Steak Hogie is superior in every way..First of all they apply a garlic spread to the roll..and toast it to perfection ..Their seasoning is savory and never too salty..Along with the fact that they are non stop busy..the food is always fresh..Also they never charge xtra for banana peppers..I never eat Chicken Tacos..that has changed..Nobody makes a Chicken Taco like that..and the grill their Tacos...They have Soft Serve and make good Milkshakes..they are a corner store..It's truly remarkable they can put out such good food in that small space..Kudos to the Good Guys..and the Guys are actually very friendly,Family and Community centered and are...

We stayed in an Airbnb a few blocks away. The menu looked very interesting and the prices are great. I was thrown off a bit when we arrived to find a convenience store? Proceeded inside and were pleasantly greeted by a gentleman behind the counter. There was also a grill back there. Alright, giving off Ocky vibes. I ordered a Rodeo burger and my wife ordered a turkey club, they were ok. Nothing really wrong just normal. The fries were hot and fresh. The service was great.
