**it's been a year since the original review (below)-know that the food quality is still hit or miss and no manager or owner seems concerned or interested about any feedback positive or negative on food, service, or accessibilities (ada violations)-more than a dozen tvs and they refuse to use captions. they won't speak to you, return your calls, or even read their own reviews. original review below: Sorry Dave and Jim or whomever is in charge now, but I have been coming here since i was a small child and I don't know if you guys just don't know or no longer care, so it bothers me to share this, but it needs to be said: Imperial's has been the food at almost every major take out life event for me, so I am not writing this review lightly. Last night my buddy and I convince his girlfriend we should do pizza from Imperial's, as she and the kids never have and we love it. Order and pick up a whole and a half pie for my friends, their kids, and myself-it was awful. The crust was like cardboard-thin, tough like it had been over mixed and under risen, and then left out before being made into a pie (it was not hard so much as dried out feeling), before being left on top of the oven waiting for too long (but it was probably less than 45 minutes between ordering and pick up and buffalo pizza is more durable than that), the back of the large was crushed up against the box so that it was folded on itself, and the bottom of the crust of the slices, hadn't even been cut through by the employees so either the crust was that lousy or the employee was that shoddy or both. Over $50 for pizza that 7-11 could have done the same level of quality for $9. Tried to call, nobody answered. If you close at 2200 and have people picking up until 2200, you can't tell me that by 2200-2220 there's no one to answer. Left a message anyhow, but no shock-no one bothered to return my call to try and make it right. Normally, I love this pizza and would enjoy it until it was gone, but right now, the leftovers are going to dogs, teething toddlers, or my city trash can.

Really disappointed with the pizza & wings from Imperial Pizza. We started out with an order of 20 wings, expecting them to be hot, moist & tender on the inside, and to have a crispy skin on the outside slathered in a layer of Franks. After 25 minutes our server finally noticed we were still sitting at an empty table so she went to the kitchen and returned about 5 minutes later with a plate of wings. The only good thing about them was the Franks. The skin was tough & chewy, and the flesh was dry, tasteless and barely warm. I suspect that they had been sitting under a heat lamp in the kitchen for a loooooong time and that's why they were so nasty. At a buck fifty per wing we expected a lot better than what we were served. We then ordered a whole pepperoni pizza. Expecting a nice, thick & tasty yeast based Buffalo style crust we were disappointed at how thin and tasteless the crust was. The sauce was fairly sparse and was more of a marinara suitable for spaghetti instead of a thick & spicey pomodoro sauce. The cheese was barely adequate in quantity, but the pepperonis were very populated, tasty and well cooked on our pie. After travelling from southern PA up here to Buffalo to experience quintessential Buffalo style foods we were very very disappointed with the wings & pizza pie we were served here at Imperial Pizza. Wish us well as we go in search of a good...
