Abbott Bottle Return — Local services in City of Lackawanna

I count my bottles before i go in so i know how much i should get in return. The taller thin guy with beard and glasses is always exactly right on the mark. The last two times i have gone in i got the shorter guy with beard and glasses. He shorted me the 1st time by 53 bottles i didn't say anything cause he would just deny it. Recently i got him again i was hoping he may of made mistake last time so went to him again cause taller guy was busy. He did it to me again off by 45 bottles. I am ok if off few bottles but that is a large amount both times. I told him he is being shady and doing something dishonest to be off that much the only 2 times he waited on me. We showed up to return three bags of bottles at 4:06 PM on a Friday. The sign on the door said if you are not in line by 4:15 PM that they would be closing. They let my husband stand in line for five minutes before they told him at 4:11 PM that the business was closed for the day.
