Just Pizza — Restaurant in Buffalo

I just wanted to give Just Pizza at Hertel and Delaware a shout out. They have a pretty good Gluten Free crust, so I will DoorDash them occasionally. They have this one specialty pizza called “Laura’s Old Fashioned” and it has a sweet sauce that is excellent. They offer it in the GF but I didn’t want the onions or super thick pepperoni, just that sweet sauce with cheese and regular pepperoni. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn’t accept substitutions in the app, so I called them right after placing my order and the guy on the phone was so nice about it (I wish I had gotten his name). I was skeptical once the food arrived because I’ve had such bad luck with wrong orders on DD lately from other places, but this pizza was PERFECT. Like I said, their GF crust is pretty good anyway, but the fact that the employee I spoke with was so nice and willing to change the sauce for me at no extra charge, was a really nice gesture. Do not order from this place through doordash the order will be wrong. Ordered from the BBQ char pitt, called before I ordered to confirm these are gonna be barbecue, they said yes. The ticket even says From the BBQ char pit. When the order arrived they're just medium. Countless time on the phone with doordash and the shop they cannot correct my order and result I'm stuck with the medium wings. Doordash customer service hangs up on you and they're very understanding (not). They are so scripted it's not even funny it's like talking to a machine. Seems like they don't know how to handle customer service there, doordash customer service 1 out of 10. Just witness one of Just Pizza employees come from outside. I believe they were either smoking or eating something as I walk by them. I seen them come right in to the food line without washing their hands at all. I saw them pick up celery with their bare hands and place it in somebody's meal. As you know there's already been two restaurants in Buffalo who have been found with hepatitis A in their restaurants because employees not washing their hands. I had to throw my food away after seeing such. Wanted to complain to the employees but believe they would deny it happing.
