My son in law stopped in to buy family a large family bucket of KFC chicken & other products. We ate the wraps they were good but once home we discovered the biscuits were hard as a brick. Some of the chicken wasn't fully done either. So my son in law & his wife had to order dinner elsewhere. I also see a number of similar complaints over months so this store is showing ongoing not corrected issues for several months. I would suggest district or higher up than district do a surprise visit after 2pm but before 5pm during the week & as part of the visit do an in store inventory & cash audit. I'm a retired Head Store Mgr. I don't expect perfection but i do expect quality products for the expense paid. Next time I'll do a walk in myself & order for dine-in & record the experience. Read morePlaced an order online at 4:17pm on their mobile app to be picked up at 5:45pm. My order was not ready until 6:25pm while customers were coming in and placing orders at the register and getting their food before mine. On top of the long wait time I ordered a strawberry lemonade and mountain dew with our meals. I received 2 mountain dews with a bunch of ice which watered down the drinks. My order was missing my mashed potatoes and gravy as well. The buckets were placed on top of the sauces which one was splattered at the bottom of the bag. The cake was on the side of the buckets in the bag, which may have been due to the room in the bag that it was positioned that way. Read moreI went to this KFC. Had a coupon but person did not know how to apply a coupon. Person was unprofessional, rude and over talking me- not sure why this person is working at the register. Someone else stepped in and I tried to explain what was happening, but that person did not really want to hear what I was saying and they made the situation worse by not trying to resolve it - said "do you want the purchase or not?" I said “absolutely not" and left without a purchase. Called corporate (6 times) and was told someone from corporate would call back. KFC said this is not what they tolerate for their customers. This started on Nov 14 and my last call was Dec 5. Never received a call back. Clearly KFC is not concerned about their customers. I won’t ever dine there again - total...
