So I came here yesterday for two coffees and a lemonade and waited about 20 mins for just that then when we got to the window the girl spilled my coffee out the window and took another 10 mins to fill the same cup and give me both the cups with coffee all over it and then when I asked for napkins she looked confused and told me they didn't have any at the window so she had to go all the way to the back and grab some. Then later that day I thought that they didn't return my debit card so irritated I called them and was on the phone for a full hour, in this hour I can hear them taking orders and talking and laughing so I decided to stay on the phone. Also during all of this I had time to get dressed and ready and take a 25 min drive out to this location, because I was only in the area yesterday, and I was still on the phone with them when I walked into the store. Then when I confronted the manager Scott he walked away from me to get one of the girls who answered the phone when all I wanted was to know if my debit card was even there or not. After her bringing me the wrong card out of the safe from I'm guessing the stack of cards they probably have sitting there, I left pissed off and still without a debit card. I suggest never going to this tim hortons ever. Ive only been there once and it was the worst experience...
Read moreWhat a horrible experience today at this location. Usually the service is sub par. (It's what you would expect for a Tims Horton) today a simple order and of course they messed up when I made it to the window and the one kid (Asian)argues with me and was insisting I take what I did not order. I told him 3 times it was not what I ordered. The next thing I hear from the one older lady that was taking the order she yells out loud in a sarcastic way "can we get another person with a headset on! Supposeively I don't know how to takes orders right! She clearly said it so I could hear her. As I didn't get why I wanted I decided to call and speak to a manager. He had very broken English and hung up on me so I called back and he hung up again. Funny thing is I wasn't even yelling when I called. I was just letting them know. If there is a owner that cares about this issue it was your employees and manager that were working around 2 pm...
Read moreBad service and the manager she was horrible being super rude to her employees and us costumers we had coupons and is one per guest and she was saying we cant use the coupons after explaining we are going to pay per guest and she was rude about saying no after i told her i called and spoked to corp and she called some woman named tina she was rude as well but i called corp and made the complaint and im posting the video of how she treated us and her employee she need to get properly trained or fired we've never had a problem until she showed up Tims needs to properly train their employees.. Remember Costumers are always right just do what you got to do so we can go on with our day but no always trying to make it hard for us for no reason. So at the end of the day she refused to take our orders after one of tye employee took our ordered and we payed.. If i can give a zero i so would.. We never going back there...
