Five Below — Local services in Buffalo

Great service when we go there. One issue of concern that is being noticed by me & needs addressing asap is the dust issue. It may not be fully visible on all shelves but I have Asthma & within minutes of entering your location I again noticed a raspy feeling in my chest followed by minutes later a frequent dry heavy sneeze fit. That's the signs of fine dust coming from the air ducts which I'm allergic to. I had to leave store winding up leaving family behind to finish shopping while I sat in my car. What I as a retired Store Mgr suggest is replace all a c / heat unit filters including the ceiling units filters asap because that can pose a health hazard with Asthmatics like me & another customer may not make it out the store in time should an allergic reaction take...

Stopped in today with a friend... we both had a cart... stood inline for over 20 minutes. There were at least 15 people also waiting for THE ONE CASHIER working.... another employee walked behind the counter, and started talking and making jokes with him... thinking ok finally they are gonna get another register going,... nope... at this point the line had NEVER moved.. The young lady walked away...my friend and I both left our carts, and walked out. Sunday afternoon... one cashier? Clearly poor management. I feel bad for your employees. Definitely will not be returning to...

You have friendly employees I find things that I need at a low cost but I think you should change the name because you're saying five below when you have things there for $8 & $10 lol 🤣just sometimes I wish that you guys don't run out of the things so quickly especially during the holiday season you run out of your holiday season stuff too quick but other all then that I used to go to the five below and Manhattan New York in Staten island Brooklyn wherever there was a five BELoW I like the store they should open more in the...
