Literally THE WORST Tim Hortons I’ve been to. I sat at the speaker for a while before someone asked to take my order (the drive thru ahead of me was almost completely cleared out... about 6 cars waiting behind me). Then I spent literally 5-6 minutes simply communicating my order. The workers didn’t understand a simple question and hardly even responded, yet I could hear their side chatter cause they leave their mics on for you to hear everything they’ve got going on in there. I had to ask the same question a handful of times before someone who can communicate decided to answer my question (I spent the last 5-6 minutes just trying to ask if their smoothies were made with yogurt... LITERALLY that is all. LMAO). I pulled up to the window and the worker who COULD understand what I was saying repeated my order. We then repeated the order back for him to verify. The workers still got our order wrong... LUCKILY by the end of ordering, their mix up was simple... just some whip cream added to a few drinks where it wasn’t requested, but a whole lot of time wasted and stress in simply communicating which should be easy since they’re expected to take orders all day long. I didn’t bother checking our receipt so I’m not sure we were charged for the whip cream added to some beverages, I was just glad to finally get an order and to get out of their drive thru. Awful communication & customer service, the drinks were messy, we wasted so much time sitting in a drive thru. I highly recommend avoiding stopping at this Tim Hortons. Especially for your morning coffee, because I know for a lot of people, starting your day off with an awful Tim Hortons experience will spoil your day. Read moreI approach the counter, there are 3 workers working on a machine laughing and talking amongst themselves , while I’m waiting to be served ! They all look up and see Me and still didn’t come to take me order. No one is in this dirty place but me at the time. The gentleman approaches the counter several minutes later! I proceeded to let him know I would like a small French vanilla cappuccino iced Capp. I gave him a five dollar bill and he didn’t tell me how much it was. He gave me my change and I asked him how much was my order? He said $4.88. I said for a small? At this point, the woman working on the machine, looks up at me and then roll her eyes and turns back around toward the machine. I’m assuming she’s the manager she had a visor on her head with some kind of braids in her hair and a nasty attitude and disposition. so apparently I got charged for whipped cream on top which I do not like.. I paid for something I didn’t ask for! So another customer comes in and they do the same thing to him making him wait. So the customer stated, is anybody working today?, The manager with the smart Mouth and nasty attitude stated “no we just standing around, We not working today” . I went to this location to get breakfast for my 3 year old I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit meal. I paid $7.71 for the meal. After receiving my food via drive-through, I pulled over to check my daughters food before I fed it to her only to find that the sausage was raw, pale grey & pink raw, however, the biscuit was hot and the cheese melted. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??
I was so disgusted. I went back to the store to show them the catastrophe that they sold me. Nobody said sorry nobody asked what they can do to make it right they all ignored me until another customer told them that I needed assistance. When the guy finally came to the front register all he said verbatim was “Did you pay cash or card” he gave me $6.38 back and walked away. Other people heard about the raw pork sausage that they sold me and witnessed the horrible customer service and they got out of the line to leave the store including the lady that was standing directly behind me.
I called corporate on this store. That was absolutely disgusting and the customer service is very unacceptable and unprofessional.
