This was the WORST McDonald's experience EVER!!! Every one we spoke with was mean and rude!!! 1. We waited at the order screen for 10 minutes before we called out "Hello?" 2-3 times. Then suddenly what sounded like a woman says, " I told you to hold on a minute!" There were six (6) of us in the car, four children and two adults. My driver looked at me, I looked at him, we looked at the children, they looked at us, we shrugged our shoulders, then he turned back to the microphone and said, "I'm sorry, we never heard anything?" Then another person comes to the microphone which sounds like another woman and says, Hello, can I take your order?" So, he starts off with the order and he asked for a Big Mac meal with a Dr. Pepper and he asked for the meal to be in a separate bag from the rest of the order. The woman says, "Okay so, what else you want? Do you want something else?", And so he said, "yes, two McNugget Happy meals with blue raspberry smoothies.' So she attempted to repeat what he said but she just kept messing it up. She struggled and struggled and she started to get snarky because she wasn't understanding we were speaking with clear diction. After a while, she finally got that order right. So then we proceeded to add on to our order and we asked for a cheeseburger meal with a cherry smoothie and so she said, A cheeseburger Happy meal?" Then she added it to our order. So, we said "No we want a cheeseburger meal." and then out of nowhere what sounded like a man said "We don't even have cheeseburger meals!" in a very mean way. He sounded like he was offended or something. So then I looked at the menu and I said, we want a number nine. The two cheeseburger meal with a cherry smoothie. So then she added the two cheeseburger meal on to our order and let us know that it's a fruit punch smoothie so we said, "Okay thank you." So finally we get to the window and finds out that she charges us for two separate orders one order with the big Bank meal which was $10 and something since and then the other order which was another $29 and something cents. and we said that we wanted it to be one whole order just the food put in a separate bag she got flustered again and so we just conceded and said okay we'll pay for it in two separate orders if that's easier for you. So that was that when we get to the window they still forgot one of our drinks and our ice water that we asked for and it was just a horrible experience all together. They had a sign up that said hiring event September 4th which is tomorrow. They need to get rid of that whole crew and get some new...
Read moreWas ripped off, workers completely incompetent. We had 15,000 McDonald’s points. Rolled up to the window and asked if we could use all of the points to order various things. They said sure no problem. Ordered a happy meal, large drink, 1 mcchicken and 2 cheeseburgers. Gave 5 codes and all our points were gone. Price after points was $2. Come to first window, incompetent rude miserable worker #1 claimed we owed $19-something; that she had no idea about the points. I Could clearly see on her monitor that the item prices were crossed off as we had used the points to pay (I don’t even know how this worker could manage to screw this up, if it was truly unintentional). Argued for a minute, called the manager over who then said yes, we’re right, it’s $2. Pull up to the next window. Incompetent miserable worker #2 says that we only have a happy meal and a drink. Argued for a while again, and just gave up with the drink and happy meal for my kid because 3 dollar-menu burgers aren’t worth the frustration. Wish my husband was in the car as he isn’t a push-over like I am and would have went inside and demanded it be sorted. I don’t have the patience for that. In all of the combined 90 years of life experience that was in the car, none of us had ever had such an awful experience at a fast food place. Never dealt with such rude and incompetent people, ever. It’s not the customers fault that you work...
Read moreWhoever the manager for the morning shift, has something against teenagers, like I know they could be a pain but doesn’t give you any right to give off such nasty attitude.
It was morning time, and I been there for sometime, i get it, I did in fact came in late, so I waited, mind you it was like 10-5 minutes before lunch start, so this much older lady came in, and started complaining about no body taken order, so this one worker was about to but instantly stopped her.
Then she proceeded to come over and said that “I’m young and know how to use the machine” what if I had cash, because I sure don’t think that the machine take cash whatsoever, and I wanted to held my tongue and says something smart but clearly I’m more professional than her in her own job, I should’ve walked out. As while I had to paid for my stuff, she gave this much older lady a free hash brown, and she just left.
So if I was much older than my age, would I get treated with some respect? Or would she give that same nasty treatment? All I’m just saying, she needs to learn that to NOT judge a book by it cover.
It is unfair to treat others differently based on age, everyone should be treated...
