I came at 9:44pm and was told they would resume service at 10pm. I live just down the street and have been going to this mcdonald's for 23 years. I went back at 10pm and waited at the speaker box for 9 minutes saying hello twice. Nobody answered I pulled around a female came to the drive through holding a cash drawer and asked me what? I told her I was waiting at the window and nobody answered me she said " we aren't taking orders now " I said why not and she walked away. A few minutes later another female came I then told her the same thing and she told me I had to drive back around for my order to be taken. I did not just come back and wait and then be spoken to in an ignorant way plus told I had to drive back around when the line was around the mcdonald's. I know she can take an order at the window she just didn't want to. She never apologized for anything she just continued to have an attitude once I said that I shouldn't have to go back around and wait again. All I wanted was a happy meal for my son. Horrible...
Read moreWorst location I've ever been to. I would rather go way out of my way to a different McDonald's location then go to this location. Every single time I come here I have an issue. Whether it's completely burning my top and bottom bun or forgetting something that I ordered or messing up my change. I just always have issues with this location. On top of that the staff is very rude and never acknowledges you. They seem more concerned with talking to each other than actually helping customers. However I can say that the dining area is very nice and is usually clean. Although I suppose that could be just because not very many people actually eat in at this location. I've noticed it's mostly drive-thru or going in getting your food and then leaving. That could be just because close to the Thruway or it could be that it's just that worse of a location. As much as I love McDonald's, do not go to...
Read moreExtremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I arrived at this McDonald’s at 8:40 PM intending to order inside, only to find out the lobby was already closed early, well before the posted hours. I then went to the drive-thru window, the only option left, but was refused service simply because I wasn’t in a car — even though I was clearly there, ready to order, and respectful. The staff made no effort to accommodate me or offer a solution. Instead, I was dismissed and told they wouldn’t serve me. I had walked 30 minutes to get there, and to be denied food over something so arbitrary is completely unacceptable. Not everyone owns a vehicle, and policies like this are both exclusionary and out of touch with reality. I left hungry, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. McDonald’s should seriously reevaluate how they treat paying customers — because tonight, they failed on...
