Pam's Custard Corner — Restaurant in Buffalo

Absolutely wonderful! Very good ice cream, very good custard, there's one thing that they need to do, and that would be to pack more ice cream into the cone itself! And that would be so the ice cream does not fall off the cone. There is one other smaller complaint that I have, man I am not one to complain, but when you order a large ice cream cone, that's exactly what you want! You're a large ice cream cones they have been going down in size the Scoops are super small, so that would be something to work on if I owned your company. Other than that is very friendly service, very very quality food, very very good service all in all it's a great place, and the beach that long ride up to Fran ceil's custard and ice cream. That is where I got the idea of the large ice cream cones! You get a large at Fran ceil's, and that's exactly what it is it is a huge large cone! And please get fireball! I used to like Pam's. We went there on 9/1/23. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and I received a vanilla milkshake, but it was so thin it was like drinking water. We went back up to see if I could get a new one or put more ice cream in it to thicken it up. The one girl at the counter was very nice, but the another person came up and said that we would have to pay more, and was pretty rude about the circumstances. Needless to say we won't be going back!

For starters your employee was rude first. Secondly it wasn't 3/4 gone, and 10 minutes later. There was one drink taken from it, and only a couple minutes later before coming back up to the counter. This use to be our families favorite ice cream stop.. until now I came here every week last summer and ordered a brownie boat to be made with hard ice cream not soft serve. Recently ordered a the same thing and they refused to make it. And for seamingly no reason, besides they dont know how to charge for it? Working in the food industry I couldnt imagine, not making a customer something that I have all the ingredients for. Seems very strange to me and off putting. I said you can up charge me whatever you want for the hard ice cream. And you guys still refused to make it with hard ice cream. Why not charge for the boat and a small hard ice cream or something, anything !!
