Fantastic Hoagie, hands down, 100% āš ļø BE ADVISED āš ļø But.... verbally pounced on by the whole staff for walking past an invisible "boundary". Disappointing. Let's replay:

Folks reading this -- take note: They take their space VERY seriously. This is the sacred Hoagie ground. If you step past that counter -- decibels are going up, they're sounding the alarm. Do not break the code of the Hoagie and step past that counter, or the Hoagie defenders are going to be all over you. You've been warned. Do. Not. Approach. 🚨 THE HOAGIE 🚨

This boundary is unmistakable: there's a counter, and a couple feet of room for you to stand in front of.

Past that counter is a rug that leads you to a TV & vending machine. It may be inviting, maybe even enticing -- but it's a trap! 😱

Now, I'd forewarn you to observe the signs, but there are no signs.

But there is a stool!

This stool -- it is the sign. This stool, while you may mistake it ass a stool for the person working the register, or for you to sit on while you wait -- this stool is the boundary, folks. It is the barrier between the normal world and sacred Hoagie grounds. Do not pass the stool!

As they say, behind every sign there's a story. (but there's.. no sign, so the story will seemingly continue!)

In all seriousness, that was a pretty disappointing reaction. The shouting, the dude in the back with the gestures of being aggravated that it happened again.. Think of the new customer experience as they walk through your doors. We're always striving for our business's growth, right? Existing customer retention is important. New ones are opportunities.

One might assume this is because it happens a lot.. Something something if everyone is the problem... you might be the problem..

Just accept that a simple sign puts an end to your grievance of morons like me (new customer) walking past your counter. Everyone has signs -- "please wait for service", "Do not enter". Use a sharpie for all I care, just don't expect the public to know what you know. We're just here for some quick food y'all. I'm already hangry and don't need your attitude.

Cherry on top was my order receipt sitting in the register that nobody ever noticed -- y'all, I had to put up with their shit, AND wait for their shit šŸ˜‚

At least I got a show and a top notch Hoagie tho! Just.. figure your shit out...

Let me start off by saying that customer service was top notch. The guys there were so friendly. Made us feel so welcome. We ordered the cheesesteak with sausage combo. The cookies there are AMAZING! The cookies are literally Heavenly! The hoagie left us disappointed. Here is why...the sauce! I wasn't aware that sauce came on it. Its a bitter taste and left the bread soggy. Such a disappointment. The bread used for the hoagie isn't the best type of bread that should be used due to the excessive sauce. They need a heavier bread that would soak up the juice/sauce better. Very very very messy because of it. The meat was seasoned well and they did an excellent job with the portion....they loaded it up with meat. Obviously these guys are doing well and people are raving about the food there, but I have two suggestions. 1. Make the sauce optional. 2. Change your hoagie rolls. Other than that....YUM YUM YUM! Oh yeah the french fries are...

The first thing I said when we got our bag was ā€œthis is heavyā€šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ» we stopped in and loved the options! The west side special sounded good, but we decided to take advantage of an UberEats deal that they informed us of. It was 2 for 1 steak hoagies. I don’t use UberEats but def wanted to take advantage of a deal bc it was pretty expensive for a sandwich IMO. I downloaded the app, but for some reason I couldn’t locate the restaurant! (This was probs a tech issue on my end) The gentleman running the register honored the deal anyway which was super nice! We also got fries and they were some of the best we’ve ever had!! The fries are a must have! The hoagies were made w/ love and generous in size. This is the type of food that will put you in a trance while you eat… in a good way!! Don’t expect to do much physical activity afteršŸ˜‚šŸ˜“ They don’t have seating inside and no bathroom so it’s...

Excellent Hoagies and Wings – A New Favorite! My son ordered the Friday special (steak hoagie and wings, both BOGO) through Uber Eats, and we were thoroughly impressed! The food was fantastic. The subs are a real contender to Jim’s Steakout—generous in size, fully loaded, and seasoned to perfection. As for the wings, I’d definitely rank them in my top 3 in Buffalo. The hot rub and hot honey options, crispy and flavorful, are definitely worth trying—other places may have some competition! On Saturday, my husband and I decided to try the hoagie special for ourselves. We went with chicken this time, just to try something different, and it did not disappoint! The sub was so hearty that my half felt like a full meal (and I’m not complaining!). šŸ˜„ Highly recommend this place if you’re craving delicious hoagies and wings. Great value, great taste, and great portions!
