The drive-thru person likes to say that they don't make Latte's, just to avoid having to fix a mistake. This has happened twice now as an excuse for why they made the drink wrong. Then say "we charged you for a hot chocolate instead." As if this fixes the situation. If you can't make a drink because you lack the ingredients or the machines to make it, you should be telling me instead of giving me a completely different drink. I wasn't concerned about how much I was paying, I was concerned about receiving the wrong drink and wanted the correct one. If you did not charge me enough, then all you need to do is refund me for what you did charge me and charge me for the correct drink or just simply charge me for the difference.
I understand it's not easy dealing with a very busy drive-thru, and mistakes will happen. But don't try to keep pushing me away, giving excuses and lies as to why you made a mistake. Just acknowledge it, apologize and remake the drink to give me the correct drink that I ordered. Refusing to give me the right item, then lying about it, because you made a mistake just makes things worse. This is the second time this happened. I will not be visiting this...

I thought ordering on the app will be faster but this was the longest pickup because the order was not made until I was there and it took me about 15minutes to walk there after ordering. Would have been better to order in person and the cashier was also serving so it took about 4 minutes without a queue to be spoken to.đ
The servers are the slowest I have ever seen. They didnât apply my offer to the order. My coffee tastes bad and not what I ordered.
When I complained the lady who made it felt it is the right thing without looking at my order entirely. She left the caramel syrup and whip cream. I felt like a beggar asking for things I have already ordered an paid for via the app.
And the last thing, the egg had egg shells. I had to spit it out in public which was very embarrassing. I ordered bacon, egg and cheese đ˘đ˘.
