I wanted to take the time to give recognition to Tara and staff for a great surprise that I recently received. I have wanted a tennis necklace for many years. The necklace was either too big or too small. While shopping with Tara, Eddie said we could customize something to my liking. I gave the idea to Eddie and that was all it took. He made me a customized 17ct diamond tennis necklace in 18ct white gold. He made this within major time constraints and delivered! Eddie is not only an artist, but I would say one of the best jewelers in the United States. I have shopped with Tara for over 10 years, and my family has been shopping with him snice he opened in 1985. We have never had a complaint or issue with only top quality and over the top service. We are currently working with Eddie on a highly specialized fashion ring, which includes pink diamonds. I am so excited! I would go nowhere other than Tara. If possible, I would give a 10-star review. While writing this review, I noticed the negative review of “John C”. Apparently, “John C”, does not understand the Rolex market. While I have never met him, he comes across as a butt hurt watch flipper. My husband has attempted to acquire a couple of Rolex models over the past several years to no avail. Tara attempted and put us on a list and told us to get on other lists with Rolex dealers. It is a matter of supply and demand. It seems as if “John C” does not understand basic elements of economics. Unfortunately, Rolex’s are in high demand. We have yet to get one of these two models after waiting over two years. We are on the Brown & Company list, Mayors list, Rolex Boutique Tourneau Bal Harbor Shops list, Alder in New Orleans list, and MP Demetre Jewelers in Charlston South Caroline list. None of these businesses had the watches requested. At no point in time have we ever thought about writing a negative review about these folks because they did not have the watches. “John C” must not have enough money to purchase from the secondary market. I guess he is not educated enough to understand that it is not the fault of the business owner. Look on Nieman Marcus for used Rolex’s. Look at Mayors pre-certified Rolex’s. Further, look at the quality of the watches on of each these websites as compared to Tara. I would challenge “John C” to be a man and take this slanderous review off a small business down or alternatively, man up and purchased the watch. I doubt he will do either. I do not blame Tara for no longer carrying the Rolex brand. It appears that Rolex cannot deliver and the small business gets the fault or brunt of...

They sell Rolex!!!

I've been visiting the store every other day on my lunch break for the past month and a half trying to get a timepiece for myself: Rolex, to be exact. I'm certain the staff is sick of seeing me at this point, but they're too kind to say anything.

I've been looking for a stainless steel model: something between the 7-10 thousand dollar range. Of course, it's the hardest price point to get into right now because of the insane demand.

Mike was the representative to begin directing me through the process, teaching me about the history of Rolex and guiding me through the different models offered. Sonny would help me whenever Mike wasn't there on my visits. They were both very honest with me throughout each visit; "In full transparency, we can't remember the last time we've seen any stainless steel models inside this case. There's a strong chance you'll be waiting for a while before we even see anything."

It wasn't until today did I take another visit, and my efforts paid off. Not expecting to see anything in the case walking into the store, Sonny immediately waved me toward the boutique and told me; "We got something in today...! I've been trying to phone other customers who were interested, but no one's picking up the phone since they're all at work..."

She took me to the display case, and tucked away in the corner was a Rolex Explorer 36 mm, full stainless steel. The original size it was built on, the watch Rolex enthusiasts say was inspired by the ascent of Mt. Everest. This was EXACTLY what I wanted.

Without hesitation, we shook on it and I went to withdraw cash. She immediately put down the phone and stopped contacting other customers to honor my commitment to purchase without ANY spend history or prior sales at the store just because I was there in person. It really made me feel as though I had a chance at getting my dream watch even with the amount of traffic passing through the store... And it completely paid off!

Mike and Sonny were so amazing to work with throughout the process. If you ever go into the store, ask for them immediately. I can't wait to cherish my...

Probably a very unique post in that I’m writing this review without even having made a purchase….yet! I’ve just entered the market to purchase a unique piece that I fell in love with sight unseen. Before deciding to make, what I believe is a significant investment, I decided to seek out Jewelers who specialize in this time piece, within the Atlanta area. Tara was my first inquiry. From the start, Eddie’s reply was warm, inviting and very customer oriented. It was also met with an invitation to come by and meet one of their non-commission specialists. My wife and I did….but only after a follow up conversation and email from Tracey! Again, met with a sensationally warm and customer friendly response. So, my wife and I decided to stop by. Wow, we were absolutely blown away! Listen, it’s truly hard for me to put into words, because again, I knew they didn’t have the piece I was looking for and they knew they couldn’t “sell” me anything that day. Yet, I was met with service like I was spending $100k or better. Kelly was the specialist that helped us, and not only did her level of expertise align with what I’d learned about the piece, but her deeply rooted knowledge made her a true brand ambassador, in my opinion. On every level, not only was Kelly helpful, but she was very personable and made a connection with us as people….not just customers. Finally, back to Tracey. During our visit, she came down to introduce herself which was the icing on the cake in regard to top notch service. Again, connecting more than as a customer but as people. Both Kelly and Tracey even gave us literature to get us more familiar with the brand. Did I say that I didn’t buy a thing that visit???? It was such a pleasure to experience Tara FJ and their team of professionals. My wife and I have committed to only purchase our piece from them, no matter what opportunity presents itself in the market. They’ve earned a customer for life…and I’d highly recommend you give them a chance if you are in the market for jewelry. They even sent a thank you...
