I went there at 3:30 today to place an order of 20+ pizza's for tomorrow. The young lady there was beyond rude. She left right after I got there and a young man took over. I asked him what the girl's name was, and he said he didn't know, because she usually works days. The name on the receipt was Isabella, so that may have been her. There was an elderly lady waiting for her order, and when the girl brought some out the lady asked if one was her's. She told her to check the board and walked off. The customer didn't have a cell phone and when the employee came back out she told the customer the number to enter into the keypad and walked off again. She had yet to acknowledge me. Another man came in with a quick order and it totaled $7.41. He handed her a $10 bill and set 41 cents on the counter. She handed him two ones and started counting out change, ignoring what was on the counter. He tried to tell her he had the change on the counter, but she continued to ignore him and count the change. When she tried to hand him the coins, he again tried to explain he was trying to not get a pocket full of change. She picked up the coins on the counter and the coins in her hand and said she gave him his change back. I spoke up and said she was holding his change and still owed him a dollar. She looked at me like she was mad and said "then why did he give me this change?". When I again explained that he gave her $10.41 on a $7.41 bill and she only gave him $2 back, she slammed the change in her hand and said "well take it then!". She then went back to the back of the store, where another employee had just came in. Not ONCE did she acknowledge me! She is definately not representing this company in...
Read moreWhile I love Little Caesars, the customer service, or lack thereof, I received at this location on my last visit made sure I will drive out of my way to a different location anytime my family wants this pizza from now on. The ONE word I get from staff while in there is "yeah?" as the employee steps to the register??? Forget any sort of a greeting such as a how are you today...but not even "what can I get for you" just a "yeah" and an unpleasant look. I try to ignore that and remain polite myself (even while they stood there leaning on the counter in kitchen for minutes after my pizza was up) smile and say thank you after being handed my pizza and the employee turns their back and walks away without so much as a you're welcome or have a nice day. I work in customer service retail myself and understand that everybody has bad days, but when you work in a business where your livelihood depends on selling you always make sure you are delivering excellent customer service. My two...
Read moreMy order # was 140064 on 10/30/19 11:00 am I ordered online an hour before lunch got email on the way there that my order was ready. When I get to the store at 12:20 pm they can't find my order and inform me that they gave it to another costumer by accident. They wanted me to wait while they remake my order. I'm on lunch I get an hour that is it I went to the post office then came to pick up my order, I don't have time too wait for you to remake what you said was already made and ready for pick-up. The staff did not seem happy I wanted a refund and would not wait. I will not use this location again they were not concerned that they didn't have my order or that if I still wanted it that the wait would mean I would not have time to eat it. This was a horrible experience with the order online app and it's execution at the store, Little Caesars needs to get its act together if it wants people to buy...
