I went to this Chipotle on October 18, 2025, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. When I arrived around 11:30 a.m., the food area (behind the counter where the food was being prepped) looked like a complete mess. The food was scattered all over the ground, and the overall appearance was disgusting.
I quietly mentioned this to the manager, thinking he would appreciate the feedback. Instead, he brushed it off and said, “We just got done prepping,” then raised his voice and added that if I wanted to help, I could apply for a job since they were short-staffed. I couldn’t believe it. I told him this is a restaurant, and having food all over the floor where you're prepping food to be served to customers is a terrible look. His response? “You don’t have to eat here.”
When I asked who the manager was, he said, “I’m the general manager.”

It said they had no greens, no lettuce, no pico, black beans and 1 other item. Open only a week and you have this many runouts. It may be because an order shortage or maybe even other supply issues. It might be supply problems but Braselton is the same way so I figured I’d try out the new one since Braselton has yet to figure it out. I read the other reviews and they are all spot on. Didn’t see cilantro in the white rice and that was made incorrectly. Tables dirty and patio dirty. That was my first impression and I should’ve know better at that moment. Read moreFirst of I was super excited to learn we were getting a Chipotle so close to my work. I love Chipotle! We placed an online order and a co worker goes to pick it up. I open up my steak bowl and it is about 1/2 way full. All I can see is sour cream. As I'm mixing it up I notice that there is not one piece of meat in there at all. No steak in my $12 bowl. The other orders were barely enough food either. Very disappointed needless to say. Food wasn't even warm after I had to go back to the store and have them fix my bowl. The girl at the window didn't even offer to remake my bowl, she literally put about 10 cubes of steak on top of the sour cream.
