Culver's was my first real job in Florida when I was a kid, so my heart will always have a soft spot for them and I will seek it out when I'm in an area without one. I live in Vegas, so driving two hours out and eating at Culver's is like a luxury to me. We were very excited to go. They are located right outside of a shopping center. There is a cute free library outside the building.
Like a normal Culver's, very busy inside and mostly clean aside from a few tables where people recently got up. We sat down with our kids and ordered using the app. You are unable to order through the app and select dine in. So I waited by the counter to receive my order. There was a very long line at the registers with only one elderly man working the registers, so moved to the side since I'm just picking up. The woman working the expo window looked at me like I was an alien and didn't belong there. She asked me if I had been helped, but her tone was as if she was annoyed with my existence which was very off putting and uncomfortable. Eventually we received our food and just ate and left.
The food was good as normal, burger fresh and juicy but swimming in ketchup and mayo. Onion rings and honey mustard are a must here for me, since the onion rings are always large, thin, and crispy. What I received were mostly tiny rings smaller than my finger. I've never seen a batch like that come out before. My husband loved his spicy chicken sandwich and curds. Sucks how they don't automatically come with a sauce and you do have to pay extra for it, but that's just the world now.
Overall, okay location. Limited parking. Bathrooms were dirty. Almost no ice in the soda machine. Service needs...

Excellent service, Exceptional food, and great help.
Over the past week this has all changed for my family. Poor or missing product, Uncaring management, and just an overall disappointment.
This evening ( Good Friday ) I went through the drive through and ordered for three. When I got home, half my order was missing. When I called and asked to speak with a manager, I was treated with disrespect. When I asked when the " General Manager " would be available, I was told that "she did not know" but I could leave my number.
Culver's is not Jack In The Box.... They are a high end bistro type venue. When I pay $35.00 for a sandwich ( 3 ), I expect to get what I payed for and not "If you come back, we will give you your missing item(s).
Since it's opening we ( family of six ) dine in or take out three to four times a week. But with the negative experiences of the past week, we will not be returning.
It was excellent in the beginning, but like all new food vendors that establish themselves within our community, Culver's has proven itself to be the same old thing with same...
Read moreWasn't very impressed. First off the design off the drive thru wasn't well planbed, line was so long it blocked both entrances to the parking area. Although receiving my order was fairly quick it actually makes me wonder is it really made to order like the commercial says. My husband and I order a Deluxe bacon cheeseburger, The Reuben sandwich onion rings, cheese curds and 2 roatbeer floats, with that being said, Hamburger was okay, The Reuben sandwich bread was cold and not toasted, cheese curd's was over cooked and the roatbeer floats looked and tasted like they we sitting for hours not to mention it was only half way full and ice cream was completely melted. Plus what is up with all the staff, there was way way to many employees on duty, the place had more staffed then needed it was a bit overwhelming and plus with them taking up seating in dining room for their breaks ( which I understand they need a place to eat their lunch but with it being that busy at least sit together ) not sure if I will go back if I do it won't be in the...
