Starbucks — Restaurant in Bullhead City

Been here many many times and never bother reviewing businesses but this past time was different. They were never busy until they remodeled! A gal named Destiny took my order and was so personable and friendly even though she was swamped! The line was crazy and she was the only person working at the time. She kept apologizing and talking to all the customers. All the other employees are meh, take your order, ok here you go, bye! Destiny made my experience better and I had never seen her there before so she must have been new. Glad I got to meet her and chat while she made my drinks :) btw the last time I went there a different lady made my drinks and the first tasted like water so I had her remake it then the second was pure chocolate. GOOD JOB STARBUCKS CEO!!!!, as this is the age we live in, and if someone doesnt like it or except people due to being a little different then too bad, sorry, get over it,there the one with the issues in my opinion, as all should be treated equal and fair no matter what, as long as your a good honest human working and paying your taxes!

Nice little starbucks location in Bullhead city, i wish there was one closer to Laughlin Ranch, maybe in the near future.

Rude staff. Ordered my coffee, and paid. While making it, She asks "do you want whipped cream?" I said "no matter of fact I'd like cold foam". She said "I didn't charge for You for it" I told her fine, no problem charge me. She says I can't you already paid. BUT NEXT TIME you have to pay for it. Well Next time ASK ME FIRST!
