Rilibertos mexican food — Restaurant in Bullhead City

🛑THIS IS A OLD REVIEW... PLEASE READ IT ALL🛑 THE place has changed mngmt for the Worse and so has the food 🛑🤗 I would like to start by saying thank you to the new owners of this wonderful restaurant. My family and I really enjoyed our time and meals here. The last time we were here it was awful even the roaches would eat lol. Now the place is clean and as soon as the door on the Highway 95 side was opened my kids said WOW dad it smells good and clean 😀. Now for the food everything thing we had was deliciously devoured 😉 the beams were a little bland for me but good nonetheless. The rice was great,the meats were cooked properly,the fries were even cooked with a lil crisp (which my kids love) the drinks from the soda fountain are Free refills (with purchase of course). The kids Menu are good. My babies were completely happy with them. The salsa bar is good completely different than the previous owners. So my take on the place is go in give them a try and judge for yourself. You won't be disappointed Tell them JR sent you 😃 PS the new management and team members are ready and available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I know because I asked Mari and her brother Jose Nice people 👏👏👏.🛑 Since this post the mgmt. Has changed and it's for the worse! The place is for💩 the restroom literally had 💩all over it and WHEN I told them I got a🤷. The tables and floors are filthy I had to go the the truck for Lysol wipes to clean our sitting area and why did I do this BC the staff did not nor would they and only 1 other group of 4 were in there😠👎👎 avoid this place at all cost😳 my kids said Daddy can we go! I said no 🤫I already paid for it and ALL 4 said 😲 we'll pay you back with our money 💰😬even the cockroach are looking at you hard👀and they are just as rude as the staff😤😬I am going to post the less gross photos NOW🤢 STAY AWAY. 5.15.21 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS 💩HOLE...

Last Chance stop for cheap tacos was trying to get the 99 cent deal at my favorite but of course out and about too late as usual and they're closed so this was my only other option (that's supposed to be restaurant better quality) but now I wish I would have just went to Taco Bell or Taco del Mar 🤬 not only are the tacos $1.50 a piece (maybe they think their food quality is better than the rest?) but I buy 10 of them with tax almost 20 bucks and can't even get us sour cream??? She was going to charge me like two bucks for one 🙄 then I get home (after the really long wait) try to feed my family and NO ONE wants these barely edible taco shells (IF THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE TRYING TO CALL THEM) not only are they greasy as h*ll they have zero flavor and you can barely crunch them, hard as rocks!!! YOU SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER CHANGING THAT RECIPE!!! I suppose if you want to earn my business back ever again you will comp me the best thing on your menu for me to try to see if I like anything else because for right now NOPE, NOPE, NOT WANTING TO COME BACK EVER AGAIN SORRY. We decided to try the breakfast burrito selection this morning heading south on 95, just a day after trying their carne asada tacos.

The carne asada tacos were CaliMex in flavor, texture and good sized. Good stuff! The breakfast burrito was very good.

We ordered two of the bacon breakfast burritos unknowing of the remainder of the contents because their menu didn’t say anything like ‘includes cheese, eggs, potatoes (fries) a n d bacon’. Surprise! These are absolutely delicious and had all that stuff, and had all the flavor with a decent size to match. Well worth the $7.99 compared to similar CakiMex takeouts in the San Diego area starting at about $10. AND, they gave me a huge serving plastic bag full of their delicious carrots/onion/jalapeño mix. The carrots are cut in 1/4” batons instead of flat style as is mostly common in SoCal. Their salsas however, were the lesser of the enjoyable offerings.

We had a feeling we were getting ‘the good stuff’ when we waited about 13 minutes at the empty 8:30am drive-thru window this Wednesday morning. I’m guessing the remainder of the menu is very CaliMex.
