This BK has been here about a year and I have given MULTIPLE chances to redeem themselves but I’m finally over it. The last two times I have gone there in the last month or so has been a nightmare! I ordered on the app both times and arrived to find the line only having about 5 or so cars in the drive thru ahead of me both times. The first time I waited 45 minutes JUST to reach the front of the line, when I finally got there I was asked “What did you order?” Told them I had the mobile order under my name and they gave me the bag of food but forgot I even had a drink as well. I waited for my drink to which I was looked at confused by the employee and asked “Did you need anything else?” I reminded them I had a drink as well and then was also asked “Oh, what size?” I’m sorry, but to forget the entire order I had or not even looking at all was very irritating seeing as if I had forgotten something, because it has happened at this specific location at first opening but just blamed it being that, I would NOT want to wait another 45 minutes just to correct the order. Today my issue was once again they have no system of knowing who’s food is who’s. I got asked if my order was that of someone’s behind me to which I said once again “no, it’s the mobile order.” I also tried getting a small cup of ice ONLY and specifically told them NO WATER just ice, please. Got handed a cup filled with water and barely a handful of ice. Not to mention the time waited AGAIN, but as I had placed the mobile order I was hoping for a quicker service even though I knew that was not going to happen. I waited another 30 minutes to reach the front of the line. I would love to continue coming to this location but there NEEDS to be change and QUICK. I will NOT keep spending money on a FAST food place when the FAST part isn’t even a thought. Read moreOh man I went into this Burger King to order their new Patty mount Burger.. Staff was very very friendly. The Patty mount was cold the bun was not even toasted. There was 6 other people in the Burger King restaurant this morning, Everybody was unhappy with their food.. There was 2 ladies there that said that their buns tasted molded.. It was a truck driver man that ordered his food to go.. Had been gone just a few minutes when he returned back in and throw his burgers in the sack up on the counter and told the people he could not believe they were serving garbage like this.. Wanted his money back.. Now remind you the staff was very very friendly and did their best to compensate repair offense gate repair fixed men the complaint of all the people in the Burger King that day.. One point the manager came out and did something in the register and went back to the back.. He's thought for sure the manager would come out and get things running and operating in a professional matter but he never showed up.. I don't know if this was just a bad day for this particular Burger King or if this is the way they operate all the time.. Either way this particular day was not very good for Burger King.. Read moreWe went through drive thru, chicken patties were hot but soggy with barely any mayo and chunks of "lettuce" and NO CHEESE. So we send them back in to throw cheese on them. Ok no big deal, so we remind him of the 3 shakes so he makes them and tries handing them out without a carrier so we asked for a carrier. Ok still no big deal, then he just kinda stop and stands there so we ask him if we can have the frozen coke, that kinda snapped him out of it, brings it back to the car and says "i upgraded you to a large". Um ok but i paid for a large? We get home and the whoppers have no ketchup and barely any mayo plus chunks of lettuce! What is with the lettuce it was soggy and belongs in a salad bar not my burger. We go here ALOT and the shake machine is down, or they have no cookies for the shakes, and they NEVER leave the "managers card" with graveyard shift! Which they need if anyone is going to pay using debit cards. So i luckily had some cash on me which i dont normally have and was able to pay sixty something bucks!
