Del Taco — Restaurant in Bullhead City

This is an edit to my 5 star review 5 years ago. 5 years ago Del was awesome. Now 12-19-22 the staff is extremely rude excluding the manager and the prep cook. Rude to the point I'd rather go anywhere else. Wait time on food for 3 tacos, 2 classic burritos and 2 spicy chicken burritos was 21 min. inside the restaurant. I was the only person in the restaurant when I ordered. 4 people came in after me, ordered their food and left. 2 people had call in orders arrived picked up and left. When I asked why my food took so long, the woman plopped it on the counter which broke the hard shell tacos. Then she got on the loud speaker and shouted "kindness, kindness to all". Dumbfounded, I said, Yes merry Christmas to you, but what about the rest of my order? She forgot the chili cheese fries. The woman started shouting again. The 3 cooks in the back stopped working to look at her. I was leaving as fast as I could when the manager walked in. The manager was nice and offered to fix the order. I thanked her but I had already been in the restaurant for 25 min. I really needed to get home with the food. It's a sad day when the employees ruin the restaurant. The rice was not cooked and the burgers are super small since Jack in the box bought Del out. How I miss the old days. I'll try them again in about a year. Hopefully the mean gal will find a different job by then. Good luck to you all if you get her taking your order!!

I went back in. 9-8-25. There was a couple in front of me ordering food. They approached the young man behind the counter to order their food. They started to order and he said, "oh were out of that. We're also out of cheese, ground beef, chicken , buns and the soda machine is down." He was nice about it at least. They left, I said, "what's left?" Not much was the reply. I left also. New Barria Ramen not consistent with portion size and rude employees. The 1st 2 tines I ordered it, it was 75% full and looks to be a 16oz cup. Tonight after getting home it was less than half full. I called and Alex told me it depends on who's cooking and what ladle they use and they have 2 different size ladies. I had Alex on speaker and have 2 witnesses who had heard him say ok have a nice night after I said that's not consistent and I will contact corporate, he offered nothing to fix it until I called back to make sure I had his name correct then he said on speaker again that he offered the 1st time but it was after I hung up. I then ate the lil 8 Oz portion because I was starving and went back down there to get what he promised a full cup. He charged me for it, which was fine, offered a Lil discount but then I get home and it was maybe 9 Oz not a full cup.the red haired female emplpyee in the background was arguing with Alex about how much and he needed to charge me, she was very disturbed by all this and openly displayed her frustration which I asked for her name but Alex ignored my question or didn't hear me but either way It was unprofessional. I also ordered a side of taco meat and Alex handed me a burger patty and when I said that I ordered a side of ground beef, he tossed the patty angrily. I paid more for the patty than taco meat costs but he never offered to correct the bill so I just left. My question to corporate what is the correct serving size and if it's 8oz then why not serve it in a smaller bowl. I won't be going back to this Del Taco ever again.
