Acai Republic - Burbank — Restaurant in Burbank

First time I ever visited the “Acai Republic” in Burbank California, was a few days ago. I was welcomed by Rodrigo, the second I walked in. After looking at the menu I asked Rodrigo for his recommendation's?

I wanted something with energy/natural that would not taste like the typical can of energy drinks with a sugar rush and crash afterwards!

Rodrigo was very knowledgeable and recommended the BRAZILIAN ENERGY BOMB SMOOTHIE.

I’ve been hooked on it now and practically have been stopping in every day for my BRAZILIAN ENERGY BOMB SMOOTHIE.

I’ve had açaí bowls all over the world, so can honestly say this is one of the best!

Love the ability to order using the screen (and ask for no utensils, or customize as you like.) Extra credit for offering gluten free granola as an option!

Our group was lucky enough to try samples of a few bases, which made our decision easy! I’m guessing they have the bases already made in the back because you don’t hear constant blenders going like at most shops. Though this made the açai colder than I’m used to.

Nice sitting area inside, fairly easy parking in the lot outside. Clean with a bathroom available. Wheelchair friendly access. Music playing inside (kinda loud if you’re noise sensitive.)

Incredibly friendly and helpful employee when I went in; even though he was in the back working on something when I first walked in, he was so quick to greet me and make me feel welcome. Conveniently has a parking lot, and they’re dog friendly (even have no bowls of food and water for furry friends!) There’s a little corner with faux grass and deeper chairs which was a wonderful little oasis.

The options are also delicious! I love getting the layers of paradise because it has this passionfruit foam layer that is such a delicious contrast to the sweeter açaí and fruit. The coxinha, I devoured before my partner even showed me the açaí the first time she brought it home

They have WiFi available, an all gender restroom, and are in a shopping center with parking available!
