This location has the worse customer service I’ve dealt with at any Popeyes I visited. They talked rudely when I asked them why my order was taking so long and four customers that ordered after me had gotten their food. Also after I ordered my food the cashier went to the back to serve food. After I got my order and opened it at home, they had not included the chicken tender convo which was for my kid. I called the restaurant right away and asked for a manager. The girl that answer said okay, how can I help you. I asked her again are you a manager and she said how can I help you as if she was the manager. I again said are you the manager and without saying anything a guy came up on the line. He sounded rude and said the manager was not available. I told him that they had not packed the chicken tenders combination. He said yes we did rudely. I told him they had not and he didn’t apologize or anything, just said we did and I’m not going yo argue with you. That got me very upset. I called corporate but all they did was communicate with me through text. I gave them all the information and said someone would get back to me. But after several days no one has contacted me. That’s why it was important to write this review. We have to make sure companies start providing good customer service again and get back to us when we file a complaint. I will never go into this location again and don’t recommend it to anyone. Our last 3 orders from this place have been atrocious and we really need to learn our lesson. There was always something missing from our order, the last time being a box of 8-pc chicken.

When we spoke with the manager to correct the error in a polite way, there was no apology from them whatsoever and they wanted us to bring back all the food we ordered so they could check. Like stop eating the rest of the food and bring back everything to the store! It was a bit much, and quite honestly a stupid policy. We considered doing it if not for hungry family members not willing to stop their dinner after taking many bites.

The staff attitude was terrible too, doing the barest minimum possible and not very helpful when taking orders or answering any questions. It did not look like they wanted to be there and looked annoyed when we were ordering.

Never again will I do business at this specific store. The manager’s unapologetic attitude despite their mistake was the deal breaker. If the manager acts that way, then the tone is set and I can understand why the staff act that way as well. They can call me and I’ll be willing to say the exact same thing...
