2025.02-06/SAT_0830: Oh my freaking goodness...our wishes came true. I had a forklift recertification class today and we were gonna stop by Western B but stumbled upon Egg Tuck. For years, we've been searching for a legit Korean egg sandwich shop in our area. We love Korean cuisine and would watch YT videos of Korean vendors at night before going to bed and we'd always say, "wish they'd open a place like this"! The added benefit would be that it fits our dietary lifestyle. We just moved back into Burbank and live RIGHT behind Egg Tuck. They're next to all of our favorite spots in the shopping center so it couldn't have worked out any better. Oh goodness, they open from 7:30 am to 3 pm so I can even visit before going to work! So much for starting my New Year's resolution! LOL
It is very welcoming when you walk in. It is bright and has a wonderful sunny feeling. The staff is awesome. They greet everyone with a warm welcome and smile. Ordering was easy and we received our food so quickly!
Just as we imagined. The sandwiches are made with REAL Brioche bread - soft and fluffy. The eggs are soft scrambled and the bacon...oh my word, not too soggy, not too thick and not overly crispy. JUST PERFECT. I've always been a fan for soft scrambled eggs because of my culture. When I moved to SoCal, I have always asked for soft scrambled eggs and noticed not many people know what that is. At Egg Tuck, each bite WILL melt in your mouth. GUARANTEED.
We ordered the Bacon and Egg sandwich and the Royal West sandwich. The Bacon and Egg sandwich just melted in my mouth with every bite. The soft scrambled eggs and bread they use are key which sets them apart from any place that makes egg sandwiches. I hope they never change the brand of bread they use. Truly an authentic taste and texture! The Royal West has a sausage patty, a sunny side up egg, and pickles. My husband couldn't stop talking about how delicious the sausage and sweet pickles were in his sandwich were. Sounds odd but it's delicious. Trust. He couldn't stop ranting and raving about it. He had the lovely experience any foodie would enjoy when taking a bite of your egg sandwich...the yolk just breaks and flows all over the bread and coats everything with your first bite.
We loved it so much that we stopped in the next morning. This time we added the Fluffy Egg Tots. Holy moly, another huge score. It's Tater Tots with egg on top drizzled with their delicious house sauce.
Egg Tuck is truly a gem and I know they will be here to stay. You won't be able to find or experience anything like this unless you leave the country. This is mouth watering, comfort food to us and we'll be back!

Read moreFirst time going there and was mildly disappointed. I am a local in the area and had been excited to try this restaurant but I was not happy with my order. I took it home before I had the chance to check it and unfortunately now the restaurant is now closed. They do have a screen where you can order up front but I waited to be able to talk to somebody upfront before placing my order. I had asked for no siracha on my taterbox as it is listed as one dressing “siracha aioli” and still received the aioli. I understand that this was my misunderstanding but I wish there was a further effort to clarify or if the ingredients were listed under the board. I also ordered a mango tea which also came unsweetened which was confusing because there were other teas on the board in a different section which led me to believe this would be more than just a “regular” iced tea, especially for the price. Beyond that the wait time was about 15 minutes which is considerably long for the small order I placed. None of these things are a problem if you’ve been here before and know what to expect but as a first time customer I wish the wait time had been mentioned and there was further clarification of what to expect. Also just think it would be a nice touch if someone stayed up front rather than being in the back and expecting the customer to navigate through everything up front. Overall seemed very corporate, willing to try their sandwich next time. Hopeful to give it...
Read moreThis place is an absolute gem and a true delight I recently discovered! 😍 I visited for the first time this Wednesday (had no idea this Egg Tuck chain even existed before), and I was completely blown away - by the look of the location both inside and out, the friendly and pleasant staff, the branding, the cleanliness, the precise timing of order preparation, and the attention to every little packaging detail (the packaging alone is a whole experience - noticing all the design elements, being inspired by how beautiful it is, and even wanting to save the cutest plastic bags).
And most importantly - the quality of the food! Absolutely top-notch! Everything was incredibly delicious!
I can confidently say it was the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had in my life!!! 🤌🍳
I ordered the AVO EGG and my husband got the ORIGINAL EGGCELLENT BURRITO with avocado 🥑
As for the portion sizes - they’re generous! You could easily split one dish between two people 😁 We were so full that we didn’t need another meal for the rest of the day!
Price point also affordable and pleasant: $11.92 per meal (included tax).
Today’s Friday and we’re coming back for breakfast again! 🥳 I’m sure this will become a...
