Starbucks — Restaurant in Burbank

I will not go to this location again! I was in the drive-thru waiting in line. The line was pretty long and moving very slow (this happened today Friday, Jan. 28th at 4 PM) There was an older man directing the drive-thru line. When it was my turn to enter the drive-thru entrance he places a sign in front of the entrance so that no cars could go through. He did not say anything to me, instead he goes the car behind of me and says something to them! I had to end up asking him why I couldn't go through. He tells me the drive-thru is closed because the store closes at 4! I informed him that I had been waiting in line for at least 10 - 15 min (before 4) and why didn't he go to the back to let people know that the drive thru would be closing instead of having us wait in line! AND, there is NO sign that indicates that this location closes at 4 PM! In fact if you look online it indicates that it's open and closes at 10 PM. I got out of my car to go inside to let them know that I had been waiting in the drive-thru only to be cut off and the young lady inside did not care! She put up her fingers and gestured 4! I tried to let her know that I had been waiting and again, she did not care. I ended up calling the corporate office to make a complaint! This could have been handled so much better if 1) there were signs indicating the store closes at 4 as most Starbucks do not close that early, 2) the man directing the drive-thru would have put a sign out earlier or went to the cars to let us know that we would not get through. I do not care about getting credit (corporate did give me a credit as a courtesy), but I care about better customer service. I hope that the district manager makes...

I frequent this Starbucks occasionally with my 2 dogs WHO LOVE THEIR PUPPACINOS ( These Dogs they DO NOT joke around...sometimes i get a coffee just so they can have their puppicinos lol - and i Gotta St Bernard @ home she's waiting too! I dont know who loves coming here more, my dogs or ME ? I think ME but sometimes I wonder...! :D --- I usually go inside or in the drive thorough depending on my mood - BOTH are so wonderful! This Starbucks has a really positive energy, the Awesome Manager and the staff are so kind and friendly and so helpful - I can tell when i go inside how busy they get sometimes but they still keep it together and make you feel special and welcomed ! Today Aaron helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure i was helped and that my drink and Puppicinos were PERFECT - Kind people like Aaron and the rest of the nice people who work here make you want visit more often because its nice to have a drink you love and interact with the nicest people on earth! Thank you starbucks Verdugo for all you guys do! Also this place is SUPER DOG FRIENDLY and SO CLEAN AND MODERN inside you just wanna hang out all day the way the light hits it at sunset feels like your in the sky ! Love...

It's at the top of the list for design, comfort, and service. Everything is clean and neatly arranged. Also the sandwiches and bakery goods are freshly prepared, daily, and they are delicious. And finally, the service is exceptional. The entire barista are thoughtful, courteous, and respectful. Their smiles and warm words of encouragement usually light up the day. In the area of quality customer service, they rate "five" stars. Review update: June 19th 2019. Occasionally I like to commend the places that I frequent for the good works. Today I would like to bring attention to exceptional workers at this Starbucks. Both hard-working, ambitious, and conscientious to people they serve above and beyond what I would consider excellence. Cameron, who I have observed, always polite and always respectful, went out of his way to deliver drinks to customers at their table. Sarah, whose eyes and smile could light up the world, has memorized customers names I knew exactly what I wanted before I said a word. This Starbucks still ranks highest in my book.
