I tried ordering through my mobile app and there was a coupon for 2 large 2 topping pizza with 16 piece parmesan bread bites for 24.99 I click on the coupon and go about my way selecting my order. I select my two toppings and it charges me 24.99 for one pizza and 2$ for the other pizza and 2 dollars for the bread bites. I thought there was a glitch on the app so I decide to try and order thru the website. same problem. i then try taking one topping away from each pizza and suddenly the coupon works. I then decided to call the store and let them know I wanted to place that same order. the guy tells me the coupon is only “online” I explained to him i’ve tried multiple times and it wasn’t working at all. he tries to tell me to order the 2 large 1 topping pizza for 24.99 and pay the extra for the extra topping. I explained to him how that seemed unfair because the coupon specifically says 2 large pizza for 2 topping with parmesan bites for 24.99 he then went on to tell me how the coupons that show online are not the same for in store and that corporate doesn’t allow to apply those coupons in store. which i totally understand but i’m explaining to him how the coupon isn’t working online either for what it says and he just tells me there’s nothing he can do. It was very upsetting that he couldn’t honor the coupon, I admit I was rude but I was very upset at the kind of customer service I received. all I wanted was to order food and I had spent about 30-40 mins trying to order it and the coupon wasn’t working. so yes I was already upset when I called. I just don’t understand why the coupon wasn’t working I have screenshots of the coupon and everything if...
Read moreI used to work for the owner of this Dominos at their other Burbank store on North Glenoaks Blvd. I would have been fired for the level of service I received today, and it’s the second time this week I’ve had bad service… and I’m a regular customer. Sad to see they don’t care. Rude customer service, sloppy dress, cold food, drivers complain openly in the store in front of guests, drivers have no hustle, manger doesn’t care, 1.5+ delivery times, and they treat you like you’re annoying and try to end the conversation when you ask them for warm food. I ordered delivery and I had to actually walk in to get my food remade 2 hours after I ordered. Sorry Tim, don’t know if I’ll be returning. Burbank has more and more choices for pizza every couple months it seems and I’m feeling like I should switch on principle. Maybe it’s because I held myself to a higher standard when I worked at Domino’s (and was held by my management to a higher standard), but I won’t tolerate horrendously garbage service like received today even one more time. The fact I’m leaving a negative review for a place I regarded fondly should tell...
Read morePlaced an online order and after almost 2 hours I decided to call since the online tracker kept on saying it wasn't ready. I spoke to an employee which said they didn't have drivers available at the moment so i waited, as my daughters kept asking for the pizza i reached out again about my order and this time i spoke to the "manager" his name is Brandon to be exact, he pretty much told me the same thing that they were backed up and my order had been ready for almost 40 minutes, as i explained to him my frustrations i simply asked for a refund or wanted something in return for them being late on my order and i simply also told him I was gonna call the corporate office which he said, " ok go ahead and get your refund from them" and hung up the phone. He didn't only hung up the phone but also cancelled my order when he had also told me my order was on the way so i didn't get a refund nor my pizza. This is by far the poorest customer service ever and whoever Brandon is should be taken off those wannabe manager duties as he gave me the poorest customer...
