Sweetfin Poke Burbank — Restaurant in Burbank

I love the food at Sweetfin, but their quality control is abysmal. It’s only this location, which is so strange! I order from Uber Eats and this particular Sweetfin literally never adds my taro chips to my combo burrito.

Guys. A combo… means more than one. How can you not include them every.single.time?!

Also, why do you give me choices for extra sauce that I pay for… but you never give me? Please for the love of all that is holy, give me my dang sauce!

Lastly, whoever is making the burritos needs to learn the difference between cauliflower rice and bamboo rice. The ticket literally says cauliflower rice, but of the countless times I’ve ordered it, it’s only been right once.

I’m not one to complain as a rule, I know people are human and trying to do their best, but this is starting to get a smidge ridiculous. I’ve ordered from other locations and my order is always correct, but I’m not even asking for always, I’ll take sometimes!

Listen, if 65% of the orders I make with you are correct, I will consider it to be both a miracle and a blessing, and will thank you heartily for it.

Until then, I remain flummoxed and a bit...

We love coming here! They definitely have the best poke in the area and it's a plus that the staff is overly friendly. Their ingredients and fish are always super fresh and vibrant, which I can't say for a lot of the other poke shops close by...probably since they have less orders their food sits around longer.

Another thing we love about this spot is that they do collaborations bowls with popular chefs from other famous restaurants around LA so the menu is always changing! I personally usually get the fish bowls and they're always spot on but if I'm feeling I want to go more healthy I go with the Plant-Based bowls which have more veggies and are lighter on...

It’s a gluten free spot for anyone looking for options. I wanted to try the burrito but the kids insisted for all to get poke. The person working there, not sure if the manager or owner, he was so kind to explain why to stick to the poke option which made total sense!
