This place forced me to pick through my meal. I had a tuna sandwich with chips. The bread used may have entered the kitchen in an okay state, but on my plate, it was burnt around the edges and across the top. It just didn't taste good at all. The chips were pretty bland, and I needed to ask for ketchup to at least eat them.
Service was very slow - not because the waitress was slow - but because she seemed to be the only one working. Sitting people, taking orders, and cleaning tables. There were two parties that left as I sat here because their order was never taken.
The wine was the only good thing about this place! (Note that the waitress was good! Just overworked, and I wouldn't consider that a positive)

Staff in the kitchen yelling at each other with profanity and at a very high volume for 10+ min about why the cash drawer was off, who made the wrong burrito, which person was getting break next, etc. After waiting 15 min for my meal my waitress came back out to ask what I had ordered. It was over half an hour before my food arrived.
All the sound from the kitchen bounces right off the hard ceiling and into the dining area. The Cheddar Texas Toast Burger was actually good but the atmosphere was so aweful I left half of my meal behind because it was like eating in a HS cafeteria....
