Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Burbank

I ordered curbside but had to visit another store in the plaza so I walked in. The gentlemen at the counter was on his phone for at least 2-3 minutes taking a personal call as I waited. He then finally asked my name and he got my pizza. He said ok it’s paid for and I began to walk out and he tells me it’s NOT PAID. I know this is false because I have the receipt on my phone as well as my bank account that tells me the money is gone. I’m waiting for him to figure it out and while he’s doing that I pull up my bank account to show him. He finally sees it in his system and tries to explain why he didn’t see it and then apologizes. I ordered ahead for a 6:15 pickup. Got there at 6:06. Pizza said ready at 6:15 but wasn't. When I asked what was going on the lady told me it'll be just a few more minutes so I asked her could she bring it out to my truck that was in the front when she was done. 15 minutes later no one has come out so I go inside and the manager has an attitude and said yeah your pizzas been ready and brings out a pizza with all of the wrong toppings. I'm a vegetarian and it even had pepperoni on it. I had an issue with them the last time that I came and guarantee that I will no longer order pizza from this Pizza Hut I'll take the extra 3 minutes and go to the one near Lankershim...
