Starbucks — Restaurant in Burbank

The WORST Starbucks service. I asked for a coffee and and iced lemon cake so a guy behind the cash register with the bandanna on his head gave me to coffee except the cake and he told me u have to wait on the side to get it and I asked him can u please get it it quick cause there is no customer behind me he said sir u have to wait so while I was waiting I saw him bending down on his phone and I went to the other side asking for my cake and that was a short a bit on the chubby side and I had to ask her like 2 times to get my cake a FINALLY she picked it up from underneath and gave me the cake with no...

I'm told this used to be an independent coffee shop, and it shows. It's kind of a hybrid experience, with cheerful, friendly and intelliget staff, an excellent covered outdoor seating area (which outlets for charging!), as well as the usual interior Starbucks features. Like all good coffee shops, it has a real community around it.

This Starbucks is basically the only one that makes my mochas consistently really good. And I doubt it's the same barista every time. Other Starbucks seem hit or miss with the correct milk, mocha sauce ratio to the espresso shots.
