I really hate writing reviews. But I felt leaving this review was nessacary to help other customers know what to expect when choosing this restaurant, or to help the owners fix issues and improve their business. My family came in for lunch today and left very disappointed with our experience. ·First off: BEWARE! PRICES ON MENU ARE NOT ACCURATE!! HIGHER PRICES THAN SHOWN ON MENU! We were not informed of this when ordering and only found out when we got our check with higher prices! ·This is not a Chinese restaurant. It's more like a Mexican restaurant with Chinese options. Being called China First is misleading. ·Compared to other similar lunch options in the area they are overpriced! Especially disappointing that they don't offer a lunch menu. ·Kids meals are all almost $7 each. (According to menu pricing. But the real price may be more!) It's hard to spend that much on chicken nuggets and French fries my kid will mostly not eat anyways! ·Only fountain drinks are included with combination meals! Customer should be informed of that by waitress when taking drink order! We were told "drinks" were included with combination order but charged for Apple juice because she did not specify that it was excluded. ·Ordered a Quesadilla, #4 on the menu. Got a cheese and meat quesadilla with nothing else it was supposed to have. It was supposed to have cheese, meat, spicy sauce, lettuce, pico, and sour cream. (We did ask for no spicy sauce, but wanted all the other toppings we did not get) on the menu $7.50. On the check it's $8.50. That's a lot for basically a meat and cheese quesadilla that they didn't give us all the toppings for! PROS: on the plus side, most of the food was good (orange chicken, Mandarin chicken, and even the quesadilla) With the Mexican order they gave chips and refried beans AND fresh guacamole. The service was ok. We...
Read moreFood was good with good size portions but that was the only good thing they seated my party of 3 adults 1 child my mother being disabled up stairs. The restaurant was not worth the hour and thirty mins it took to get our food or the greaf the waitress gave us. when ordering saying we should only order two plates cause its alot of food we've been here before i know we eat the left overs" that's still alot of food" we still all ordered our own plates like always then with my food i asked for the soup to give to my 17 month old it comes with the meal I ordered. The reponse i got was. "oh she wont eat it itll just go to waist i was just gonna bring her some crackers to eat" excuse me my child loves soup and finished it along with the two pks of crackers rice and noodles when we got our food and gave her a little off our plates going yummmmmm the whole time. she cant just live off crackers for dinner. then when we did get our food we only got 2 plates we had to wait another ten mins for the 3rd. the place wasn't busy and people were getting there food before us that came in after that had more people to there party then our 3 adult 1 toddler party we had. they had 4 people working 2 in back 2 serving they were staffed. They may have good food but it will be awhile before we go back twice in a row of slow service waiting over and hour and half both times to go to the counter for refills, for a bill or to get any service the only times we really sa our waitress was to take our order check on us once cause it had been and hour and bring us our food i...
Read moreA few issues. I am pretty open minded. Havent ever written a review about a place. But i felt this one necessary. Staff was professional. The place is clean. My family is diverse in food choice. So we loved the idea of mexican, Chinese and american all in one location. HOWEVER......we all ordered accordingly. Took 10 minutes to get our drinks. About 10 minutes later they brought out my sons quesadilla. About 5 minutes later they brought out both of my daughter's grilled cheese. Another 10 minutes my wifes sweet and sour pork. 10 minutes after that my nachos. Ok....so we got our food. I can appreciate a wait time on food, to me that means its fresh and should be yummy. So i dont mind waiting. Unfortunately thats not the case. The carne asada on my nachos was dry. Chips were stale. My girls cheese on the sandwhich was made with cheese wiz. My sons quesadilla had very little cheese in it. My wifes sweet and sour pork was grainy. Yes, like it had fell in sand. We got to go boxes, only because the bill was 57.00 and my dog is a garbage disposal. We were looking forward to making this place a monday tradition as all our favorite foods were under one roof. Sadly, this wont be the case. Maybe another time we will give them a shot. But not for a while. The sad part is, there was only 8 patrons including us......hope they improve on food quality! Their variety would have saved us future hours of visiting multiple places to satisfy...
