Tacos! Starting with the tortillas, handmade, delicious, not very grilled but they are warm and soft and fresh. They are also quite thick. One tortilla is almost enough. Asada, Chorizo, Carnitas and Adobada were my choices. Came with all toppings, cilantro and onions on the tacos, lime, radish and grilled onions on the plate. Red and green salsa brought to the table. Asada was good, small pieces, lean (but not too lean) and seasoned well. Grilled perfectly. Chorizo was my favorite, prepared well and the source carneceria must be amazing. Greta flavor. Carnitas and Adobada were both just ok. Carnitas was a little bland, and there Adobada was big lean chunks of pork that didn't seem too deeply marinaded. I had the three tacos with rice and beans special. I chose spicy pork for the taco meat. That was an unfortunate choice since it had almost no flavor. I'm positive that there are other meats that would be delicious. But the spicy pork is something to avoid.
