Although the food was good the service was horrible. My mother was ordering the food and she is not very fluent in English but she speaks enough to the point to where other people can understand her. The drive thru operator was rushing us just trying to get us out of her way as if it was an inconvenience to her that we were there (I get how stressful work is and you are not obligated to be nice to customers). She never asked us the size of anything we wanted, nor the amount of food we wanted at all. When we got to the drive thru window everything was alright until we got to the shakes. We ordered one medium shake and one large shake (they charged us a medium and large).This bug eyed woman ended up giving us two medium shakes. We didn’t think much of it and just notified her. This is when she starts giving us attitude, she fixes the order and immediately closes the window without a word, she then ends up talking to her coworker in a very rude manner and then proceeds to shake her head and her three chins at us in a disrespectful manner and staring me down while she’s doing it. This is nasty behavior considering how we didn’t do anything wrong and just wanted what we ordered. Although in the end we got the order we wanted, it’s the way she gave us the food in the nastiest way she could without having to be outright nasty. That wide backed bug eyed woman got OUR order wrong and then decided to shake her big head at me and my mother as if we were in the wrong. Again she is not obligated to be nice to us or go out of her way for us, but it’s the respect factor that I’m complaining about. Please do something about this because this is feeling very racially motivated since my family is of mixed descent and this is the third time me and my family has been disrespected by Jack in the box staff and the one of other times staff were gossiping about my hair by describing it as “nappy”. To say I'm disappointed is putting it mildly. We parked, I checked the lobby doors to ensure the lobby was still open. The lights were on, the doors opened and the store hours said the lobby closes at midnight. I unloaded the kids from the car and as I turned towards the store the lobby lights went off and someone locked the doors. As a father of three kids who needed to use the restroom, I was upset but I understand how intimidating a family with kids must look to a freshly cleaned store.
Not wanting to waste the stop I loaded the kids back in the car, went through the drive thru to at least get some dinner while I find a restroom for my kids to use in an unfamiliar town, late in the evening. When I pulled up to the drive through window I found it was the store manager Alicia who was working. We ordered our food, paid, was handed back rounded change instead of our actual change and no reciept. Then our food was handed to us and we were sent on our way.
After stopping in the parking lot to hand out food, we found we were missing parts of our order. We went back through, they were nice and handed us the missing bag and we again pulled forward to check. Again, missing food, it took 3 trips through the drive through to get our order correct. This time we went back to ask about our whole order and check our receipt, except no receipt was given so I couldn't verify that I had paid for everything. Now my kids really need to use the restroom, so I ask about the lobby hours and the manager said she would open the doors for us.

Read moreI love Jack in the box so much which just makes this location all the more disappointing since it's the only one within an hour of me. Every time I go there it's either an absurdly long wait or they get my order wrong. Ive spend over half an hour in their drive through behind only 3 cars (or less) when I started on multiple occasions. Thre staff is usually rude (not always sometimes they are good but not often enough to balance out for me). Bottom line is I go back for certain menu items because Jack in thre box rocks but this location is absolute trash and I ALWAYS leave frustrated and regretting my decision and tell myself im just never going back there again (until I get one of those cravings only Jack can help with lol). Edit: A year later and this location is still disappointing. I placed a mobile order today and went in it was over 5 minutes before the person in front of me was even acknowledged then a few more before I was and I still had to wait over 5 more minutes before it was even ready. The lady that came in wasn't acknowledged at all until I said something as I was trying to figure out how to cancel my order. They were helping drive through the entire time and busted out 5 cars before acknowledging lobby. They were all so rude and instead of apologizing they just said what do you expect we're short staffed...
