Yesterday I walked in between the hours of 3-4. The attendant at the start was fulfilling a drive through order while the other (with headset) just stood there not really helping. The busy attendant came back from the window to greet me and take my order.
I decided to stay indoors and enjoy my food. The noddles was the only item that was hot. The walnut shrimp and angus beef were not, and each are $1.25 extra when ordered. I did not tell them about it because I decided to just take it home and reheat them myself.
I remained in the building for about 20 extra minutes because it was too hot to go outside. While I was there one of the cooks kept yelling at her colleagues and kept dropping dirty pans on the floor. She was clearly upset with someone as her voice continued to get louder after a few replies from her colleagues. The whole conversation was not work related. The frustrated cook then walked away from her station.
It was finally quiet since she left, but only for a brief time. She entered the building from the front door and continued yelling at her team. She went into the back room and began yelling some more. This made the people working in the front reply louder to keep the conversation going. Not the most relaxing dine in experience.
I do want to thank this establishment for honoring our fallen soldiers. They set up a reservation table for 13 of the fallen and had each of there names, rank and service branch on each bowl in front...
Read moreI go to Panda Express quite frequently, my favorite from there has to be the Honey Sesame Chicken, I have been to other Panda Express locations as I lived in Boise for a few months and currently live in Twin. I travel to Burley twice a week for work and always stop here. The employee's are always very friendly. Many of the employees have stuck out to me but to recognize just a couple. My first ever experience at this particular Panda , I dealt with a girl named Lupita , she was very friendly and although I had to wait a few minutes for my food she made sure that I received it in a timely manner. The second employee was a young man I believe his name is Gio or Johnny honestly I am not sure . Everytime I go to Panda he seems to be there, and I honestly look forward to the customer service I know I will receive. He is always very friendly and the few times my order has had errors he has quickly fixed it in an extremely professional as well as friendly manner. Good customer service goes a long way for me especially as someone who grew up in a generation that holds that with upmost importance. Also I believe the other gal is named Jocelyn, she is always friendly and has a smile on her face. I love this particular Panda location. Although it is just a fast food restaurant many employees treat it as though they have wanted to do this their entire life. I thoroughly enjoy this location and highly...
Read moreThis was ultimately the worst I've seen them do. My boyfriend and I went, hoping to have a good Christmas Eve dinner but no. Our order was messed up originally then when we went around in the drive thru again to try and fix it, we were met with nothing but a short temper from both lady's that served us. We finally got our food from the lady who first served us. She kinda thrusted my food towards my boyfriend like a "get it now get out of my face" attitude.. We left, made it home and then come to find out, my boyfriends food wasn't given a fork or a fortune cookie. His teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce (was super super dry and seemed like it wasn't even cooked with sauce) and with my food, there was so so much vinegar on my Orange chicken that I couldn't even take a bite without my nose burning from the smell when normally I could dip my whole face into it if I wanted to and not care.. I understand that they could have been frustrated that it's Christmas Eve but that still shouldn't ruin the customer service they give... I, myself, will probably never be coming back because this isn't the first time workers from here were...
