Burger King — Restaurant in Burley

My husband went and got us breakfast one morning while I was at work. Henever goes there but decided he would because I like the croissant sandwiches. He gets the item back to me and they have messed up the order. I call them right away and the manager said that they would give us another meal and that she would put it in their book. All we had to do was come in and say my husband's name. When we went back to get our free order they said that we were not on the book and that they have no record of it and we proceeded to leave with out a order. We will never go back there because they could not help us or keep their word and it was pointless. I was trying to get my husband to like them again because I do like their breakfast guess we will keep going...

Driving through for work, had a craving for Burger King so I stopped in, paid for my meal and asked for a water cup, they charge 25 cents for the cup no biggie so I give the cashier a dollar and as she’s handing it to me she drops some of my change and then hands me the leftovers and says here you go, not sure if she didn’t notice but it was audible and so I mentioned I thought she dropped some and she was like ya I did, so she calls the manager and gets back into the till and I’m 6 cents short of my 75 cents in change and she hands me 4 Pennies and says that’s all she has…. I have eaten at Burger King many times; in all those times, I have eaten some really delicious fast food and made really well, to some over done chicken and sloppily made burgers. The people are friendly, helpful and make the place feel like a good place to visit. The food could use some work. I have recently tried their new chicken strips and was disappointed because they were so cooked that the meat became tough and the breaded coating was a hard crunchy. I also had a whopper and it didn't taste like their usual whoppers that have just the right portion of condiments and a great flavor, it had little flavor (like it wasnt seasoned) and was messy.
