Villa Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington Township

I have been a long time customer of this place. I will not spend any more money at this restaurant. Let's start with the history...Food alright. But customer service has always been lacking. On my way home from work on Fridays my wife would call in an order well ahead of the time I would get arrive. I have 1 hour commute and after working all day obviously I didn't want to spend long waiting for my food. They never started the my food prior to my arrival. And they are always busy on Friday. I would spend a good hour waiting for my food. Watch other people walk in and get they had called in immediately. I want to remind everyone...I was a regular...Spent a lot of money at this place. I finally got to the point were I couldn't do this any more. Never an apology or discounts offered. So we try to have them deliver. Work couple times alright. Then they start messing up the orders. Never offer any type of discount or real apology. Best advice for anybody is stay away. Plenty of competition. They don't have any respect for...

This is my third time ordering from them.Haven't had a problem so far with so far except for them forgetting a dressing but that's not a big deal because they took care of it. (Delivery address would be across the st), he asked for address and I told him full address, he says you should've just said the name of the business (kind of didnt like his attitude from this point on but continued to be nice because they are the ones preparing my food lol AND last time I said just the name of the business they still asked for address) now orders done and hes ready to take my card info and I ask how much was the order. He says I can tell you after I take your payment. I say I checked my wallet and have cash, I would like to know my total so I can see if I have enough cash to cover it, he says I usually tell the total after because I dont like doing mulitple things at one time..... another call comes in and he puts me on hold. Been coming here for a decade but I was highly disappointed with my buffalo chicken pizza tonight. When we opened the box you could tell the chicken was super dry, the crust was burnt, when I pulled a slice it was limp. It wasn’t hot and the dough was very tough. I’m usually very satisfied with my food from Villa but this was extremely upsetting. It was so bad we didn’t even finish it, we gave it to the dog and even he took a long time to eat a slice when he usually gobbles food down quick. Idk what was going on, it wasn’t even busy so idk what the excuse could’ve been for such a terrible product. I’ll be thinking twice about ordering anything...
