I wish I could have given less than 1 star!! Zero, less than Zero!! All I wanted was to exchange a pair of shorts I brought yesterday. I spent 160.00 in this store. I will never patronize Burlington Coat Factory again! I walked in with the receipt. Ready to buy more merchandise. I was told I couldn't exchange the shorts I didn't want a refund, but because the Burlington receipt wasn't on the pants nothing could be done. I offered to get another pair for the cashier and was told nothing could be done without the Burlington tag. I always shopped there. I'm on camera in their store spending hundreds of dollars! They lost my business FOREVER!!!! I'm going to tell EVERYONE I know! Stay away! That's ridiculous!!!!! NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY AT BURLINGTON!! YOU RUN THE RISK OF BEING STUCK WITH WORTHLESS MERCHANDISE!!!! YOU CAN'T EXCHANGE FOR THE PROPER SIZE!!!!! NO APOLOGY GIVEN? I will make sure Every Physician and Nurse I know is aware of these policies designed to steal money from loyal consumers!! You will Never get a chance to stick Me or My friends and...
Read moreI won't be back to this location. I'll go to the Mt Laurel one instead. Loss prevention security guard as soon as you walk in the door so right off the bat you're made to feel uneasy and treated like a criminal. Bathrooms are locked with zero employees in sight to unlock them which means I spent way less time in the store because I had to leave and use the restroom somewhere else. Line was extremely long and slow, waited at least 15 minutes to get to a register. Then when you go to finally leave this awful store, the cart wheels lock up because you can't leave the store with them! So I then had to unload my toddler and all of my items from the cart. Horrible experience, won't be back. Very annoying time. Wish I could give zero stars. This is why retail stores are going bankrupt, because people rather purchase stuff online without...
Read moreI usually go the Burlington store near my house which is in Burlington. The first few times I went they were OK but, the last two times I went I had the most horrible experience ever. Firstly, they ring me up twice for everything I bought and charge me $100 for only 10 times. Second time I went I was using a $20 gift card with $20 balance on the card and she tells me there is only $3 on the gift card. The cashier TONYA was so rude and had no habits of how to behave with the customers. After that I come home and call customer service. They tell me I have $17 on my gift card. NEVER GO TO THE BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY STORE...
