Wawa — Restaurant in Burlington Township

at 2:30am last night i walked into wawa to purchase a chocolate milk and a power drink, while i was waiting for my party to finish shopping after i had already purchased my items, a worker named “AJ” approached us near the drink isle. AJ immediately started making rude remarks and accusations of us shoplifting even after we had purchased our items. AJ proceeded to ask for a receipt and when purchasing my items i pressed no receipt so i could not provide one, AJ then checked the cameras and saw we did in fact purchase our items and proceeded to give us a vile look as we left the store. When my party was waiting outside of the store eating the items we purchased, another worker came up to us taking out the trash. Instead of asking to please excuse us, she waved us away with her hands saying “shoo” and being extremely rude, this occurred due to “AJ” and the other employees talking and verbally insulting us over their communication systems, overall I felt harassed , and accused of something i simply did not do, and no apologies were received, I feel disappointed...

I waited over 20 min just to get my 120 oz coffee. No one communicated and I waited standing there the whole time while the workers just stared at me. I asked multiple times to the person who was attending to make drinks and she just stared at me and maybe once said “just wait”. I went to the register eventually to ask for a manager. Someone who isn’t manager came and ignored me while I explained what was going on. She handed me my coffee that’s been just sitting there and didn’t even apologize. Didn’t hand me my cups for the coffee or the lids. Still no manager. It was a very dissatisfying and unprofessional experience I’ve ever...

Hellow there GM of this wawa location (Dominic) ..you should be aware that pumping ur own gas is ILLEGAL in the state of NJ...to force your employees at this location to dedicate pumps that require you to pump your own gas would fall under the category of ILLEGAL as well. You have teenagers running around trying to keep up with a demand beyond their limit is disgusting and immoral at the least! I shall be keeping my out on the illegal activities you have been forcing your employees to adhere to and reporting it to the proper regulatory agencies for the state of NJ! You should be beyond of ashamed...
