I have had less than optimal experiences as a paying customer in my lifetime but have never been driven to the point of writing a review until now. I have been to this nail salon many, many times in the past when it was under the Utopia ownership and never had any complaints. This time I went in and asked for the dip manicure, as I have seen many friends of mine getting this manicure at other nails salons and it always looks great. Midway through the manicure, I noticed that my nails looked very speckled and spotted. Being that this was my first time getting the dip manicure, I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure how they were supposed to look. At the end of the manicure I asked the nail technician why my nails looked so speckled, and she explained that's just the way this particular color is. I responded by saying I'm confused as to why the sample I picked out doesn't look speckled in the same way if that's really the way this color is. She argued with me and tried to act as if she didn't see what I was seeing, then referred me to another female employee to address the issue. The woman she referred me to was BEYOND nasty and gave me such an unbelievably rude attitude when I tried to show her what I was unhappy with. She dismissed me and told me my nails look fine, and if I were to ask any customer in the store if they thought my nails looked speckled then they would disagree. I actually went up to another customer to show them because I couldn't believe these women were trying to make me think I was crazy, and they also agreed my nails looked speckled and almost stone-like. I again discussed with the nail technicians that this was not at all what I asked for, and it was certainly NOT what the sample I had chosen looked like. I compared my nails to the sample side by side and it was so obvious that my nails looked completely different and horrible next to the sample. The staff then tried to convince me that the dip manicure just looks speckled like this, and that I wouldn't know since I've never had it before. I told them I would've never chosen to get this if I had known they would've turned out this way, and that I've never seen anyone else's dip manicures turn out like this. They ultimately said they didn't know what to else tell me and charged me $40 for this atrocity, then began speaking in another language in a very hostile tone. Not only are the nail technicians totally incompetent at giving a decent manicure, but their ignorance and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is totally unacceptable. I have NEVER been so furious with an establishment. I decided to try this nail salon after getting a recommendation from a coworker of mine. I arrived at 6:30PM, after I had left work and changed into some shorts that way I wouldn't have to roll up my slacks for the pedicure. When I walked it I was already put off, because I was left standing in the reception area for an awkward amount of time before I was greeted my a man sitting at a table saying, "We can't do any more customers." I asked him to repeat himself, because I was sure he was joking or that I misheard him. He again repeated "we can't take anymore customers, we close at 7:30" as he pointed at the women behind him all doing pedicures, as if that was at all my fault or concern. I was so shocked all I could say was "umm ok." He then told me I could come back tomorrow. I answered him almost before he could finish his statement with a loud "NO, I can't."

I would like to say that there were only about 5 or 6 people in there when I walked in. Also the hours on their door state that they are open until 8 (even though I'm aware the Google hours say until 7:30). Being that I was under the impression that they closed at 7:30 I made sure to arrive an hour before that.

I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable and disrespected in a place of business (if that's what they consider themselves). I even told the girl heading in after me what was said to me and warned her not to expect any professionalism from them, and I would recommend the same to anyone else.

P.S. I ended up going to another nail salon in the area that was MORE THAN HAPPY to serve...

I went there and when I came out my acrylic nail was crooked and it wasn’t my finger also my paint came off as soon as I walked out the store very unprofessional but the inside is nice I never see them clean completely in my foot.
