This coffee and space are lovely this morning, even the kids 2 tables down are in a carb haze of joy, nodding along with the country music playing in the background, setting the tone for the hot Summer morning. The caffeine is pulsing through my veins, nutty undertones with a hint of the vanilla sugar I dropped in from the sugar bar are pulling my hand up and down and down and up, people walk in and out, lavish greetings from co-workers and subdued hellos from friends echo thru my slow awakening. Yes, please. Next time, I’ll look closer at the baked goods, there was a ham and cheese calling Alex’s name. This is a GREAT start to your day.

Atmosphere: There was a nice variety of seating options. They had a small selection of local coffee and tea for sale. In addition there were a few handcrafted items for sale. Service: The girls behind the counter were very friendly. Food: We got an iced London fog and iced chai Marsala. They were both great and not sickeningly sweet. She added a little maple syrup to sweeten it and it was greatly appreciated. I enjoyed the chai so much that I brought some to take home.

Fantastic bakery with exquisite baked goods. The cookie we got was fantastic and so were our chai and matcha lattes. I have been wanting to stop by here for some time and so glad I did today during the ramble. This bakery is the epitome of an amazing food venue and part of what makes Burlington an amazing place! Stop by for a coffee and a baked good and enjoy the nice music, artwork and delightful atomosphere!!

Their baked goods are carried at Commodities Natural Market, which is where I was introduced. Hungry, I bought one of each: a cookie, a GF cookie, a croissant, a teacake, a muffin. They are probably the best-textured collection of baked goods I've ever had, if only because every one was excellent. Many bakeries specialize in one item. The texture of all of them was perfect. Not sticky, not oily, not dry, not clumpy, not fragile. Muffins don't shatter into crumbs. The cookies don't squish, but you also don't struggle to bite them. Everything seems moist but in a soft, delicate way. The flavors are subtle but noticeable, and there's enough fat that my primate brain is happy.

That said, the employee was very blah and acted like she didn't want to be there, and prices are high. I reeeally like their products, but I'll buy them...

This place rocks! Not only do they have all of the staples of a true Bakery (and do them all right!) but their Flatbread service Thurs-Sat serves as the cherry on top! After our first Flatbread experience which included several artfully created white pies with fresh arugula and in-season goodies, we couldn't help but go back the following week to get takeout (this time it included a special with bacon, leeks and goat cheese) and were again satiated. Our list of highlights of Panadero include (but are not limited to): delicious and aesthetic espresso drinks, tangy lemon-cherry tarts, foccacia on Saturdays, friendly and smiling staff, and of course the delicious and thoughtful flatbread creations. I'm sure there's many more delicacies that we've yet to discover... so needless to say, we...

I used to love it there, but it seems the standards for staffing has changed. The barista is the face of the restaurant and it seems as if Barrio has forgotten this. I have not wanted to go back ever since having Martha as a barista several times. She spends a lot of time talking about herself to customers and holds up the line chatting to who I assume are friends. She barely listens to requests for drinks and once gave me whole milk instead of alternative milk.. making me sick. She also has overcharged me several times. She's rude to your face and extremely unfriendly. I have loved coming there, but I don't want to come back. I usually hate to name drop but something needs to change, and...
