First time here and it honestly exceeded all expectations! Definitely will be coming back. The late hours are amazing, especially in Burlington where not many places stay open late at night. Portions are generous and affordable. We dined in … I loved the lemon water they served (nice touch), and they even offered us a Boba on the house, which was absolutely delicious. For two people, just one appetizer and one ramen was more than enough to share. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was kind and attentive, and overall it just felt like such a gem. Parking is a little tricky but plenty enough in the surrounding neighborhoods… Might have to walk a little bit, but nothing wrong with that. Always good to have more steps :) oh and vegan friendly options!

Best meal I’ve had this year. I’ve never had such flavorful wonderful low oil fried rice. Perfection. The Takoyaki was absolutely perfect. The seaweed salad and edamame last seconds 😂. We also had the seafood rice noodle dish and the chicken shrimp hibachi and everything was perfectly on point. The oysters were juicy and to die for and the white fish was perfect. Even the soup and salad were incredible. The soup was a creamy bone broth with lovely mushrooms and the endless tea and delicious lemon water were perfect palate cleansers. I really need everyone to go here. They need to succeed because it’s the best Japanese food in the greater Burlington area, full stop.

I got my food doordashed.... oh my god it was so good. It came in a reusable bag in the most convenient multi tiered container, with utensils. Not only was this the best presentation I've gotten from takeout ramen, but it was by far the Best ramen period. The Broth was rich and it had so many toppings, it was worth the cost 100%. I'll be coming back with friends for sure!

Wanted to ensure that I thanked the good folks at Ichiban Restaurant for being their for my family and I when we needed a place to eat late at night. We arrived from the airport late day and were on the hunt for somewhere to eat. Choices in Burlington were very limited. Not interested in eating at a bar, my family located Ichiban, as it was one of the only establishments that remained open into the morning hours that served something other than greasy foods. Easily found parking across the road. Upon entering, we were quickly greeted and order taken. We'd all ordered different soups. Everything came out hot an delicious. Also ordered a milk tea for the road, as I needed a wake up prior to another hour of driving ahead of me. Very awesome experience indeed; and great start to...
