I had a very good experience at SLUMBERLAND Furniture store located in Burlington, Iowa on September 6, 2019 in the late afternoon hours between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. We were greeted at the door by a remarkable young male sales representative named Tylen. With tenure of approximately 2 and half - years, with the company. He was very knowledgeable and ambitious , and pleasant with his sales techniques. He asked well stated questions as to my what I was looking for and directed me to where those pieces of furniture were within this large store. The store in itself was laid out well and very clean and orderly. A very nice store to shop in. He knew the merchandise well. All the facts about each brand name and the quality and style, and compatibility of side chair and couch. Also the options to custom order. Tylen, was quick to work up a proposal on an order, as he was alert that I was a interested buyer. My choice of a side chair and love seat, with custom color selection and complete sales agreement was completed in less that an hour. Including some informal conversations, as well. In addition to his capabilities, he was temporarily working out of his homebased location. I am well pleased with the profession service I received. Looking forward to a new fresh...

This is the second time I've done business with Slumberland and have been blown away. Both times doing business with Anita. Previously bought a bed and since paying it off we were on a mission for a sectional. We went in with our eye on one and ended up falling in love with a different one mid process going a completely different route/color scheme. Once again she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure every single need was met. From the fabric being durable to withstand abuse from our pets and children to making sure we had the sitting room we were seeking. We ended up adding on TV stand and end tables AND a rug 😂 Again, Anita went above and beyond to make sure we absolutely loved our purchase to the point where we were even moving furniture around to make sure everything looked good together.. what ended up being about a 4 hour ordeal she even kept my 6yo entertained while we did business. PHENOMINAL! Also the manager, Kevin was absolutely amazing as well. Weighting in for 3rd party opinions and advice. Won't do business anywhere else!!!...

purchased a lazy boy chair in december last year. noticed in oct. could feel frame thru cushion into back of my thighs. finally called and set up warranty claim. guy they sent to look was there like 2 minutes and didn't feel cushion. now said normal condition for this concern. im only in the chair after work for couple hours at most and not big guy only 200 pounds or so. no try to get ahold of cust service for slumberland, sit on hold and finally get someone who reiterates that that's normal . so right now I will NEVER buy another thing from this store. that's alot of money to pay for a chair to use for 10 months and have it be uncomfortable. Update : called into cust service and after over 3 hours of getting nowhere was told a supervisor would call me back in 1-2 hours now after rennie who i was told would call me still has not. so if you care to call me my number should be in your record...
