On 9/30/2025 at 8:27 pm I had a encounter with supposedly was a Casey manager Named Ana, after calling twice me and my wife asking if they had red seal natural fine cut we was both told by Ana she has no idea what we was wanting and that if we wanted it we would have to drive and show her, again this is supposedly a manager, so we drive to Casey’s with that same Manager Ana behind the counter and i asked for a roll of red seal natural fine cut which they had but she wouldn’t take the time earlier to look for it, after she checked the price of one can that was over 11 dollars a can I told my wife whew that’s crazy and retarted that anyone would pay that price when right up the road in Illinois it was 5.69 a can but the Illinois stores was sold out, after saying to my wife I will only get 3 cans because it would be retarted to pay that price, Ana the manager snatched up the cans and said take your business elsewhere we don’t want it, You will not talk to me that way, for one i wasn’t talking to her, I was talking to my wife and for 2 i wasn’t blaming her nor Casey’s for the higher prices, but she just consumed I was talking to her she got a attitude and even after me explaining i wasn’t talking to her or blaming anyone i was just talking to my wife she still refused our service, was very rude, been to many Casey’s and never ever experienced this type of rude service and on top of that she didn’t know nothing… i will make sure people know about this we will do our business else were from now on , we did lots of business there but...

This man with NO Name tag argues with me about the price of a car charger that is clearly marked on tag where it was hung! First he said I grabbed the Wrong charger & that it was hung in the Wrong place. I calmly explained that the label on the charger matches what it says on the mylar and that I used to manage a retail store. He then told me that it’s the price that rings up… Not the price where it was hung! I explained to him that that wasn’t correct and that he needed to honor the price on the Mylar (where the item was displayed). He then said, “I know what’s going on here”!!! I asked what he meant by that? He curtly replied, “you know”!!! I said I didn’t and he would not respond.

Read moreWhen you work in retail you generally are more tolerant to poor service! We went in to try this new store for the first time and will never go back or recommend to anyone! Two male employees were pre-occupied with their backs to us. After finally getting their attention the one employee says be right there..... And again we stood there and tood there and stood there. All we wanted was to order a pizza to go, lol but they refused to serve us 🤔 or even ask what we needed. A third younger employee walked in from outside grabbed his apron hanging up and just stood there talking to the other employees.. Glancing at us a few times. Finally we had seen enough and walked out. I was really excited to try this new business but let down! Poor showing for a brand new...
