This was my fourth visit to Fat & Sassy, and while I’ve enjoyed it in the past, I’ve noticed a slight decline with each visit. This time, I ordered the ribs, pulled pork, cheesy taters, BBQ rangoons, and baked beans. The pulled pork, BBQ rangoons, and baked beans remain standouts—tender, flavorful, and exactly what you'd want from a BBQ joint. However, the cheesy tasters, once my favorite side, had a strange sour aftertaste that really threw me off. I tried the ribs for the first time, and while they were okay, they didn’t quite hit the mark or stand out like the pulled pork. I’m still a fan, but I’d love to see Fat & Sassy refocus on quality and consistency—because when they’re on, they’re really good. I’ll definitely be back, just hoping for that old spark to return.

My daughter and I went today for lunch and it was excellent. We shared the Big BBQ Ragoons, she had a Naked Tator, I had pulled pork and potato salad, and we shared the scalloped pineapple. The Ragoons were very unique in flavor, had a little kick, and were huge! The staff was more than willing to let my daughter make a custom potato and the pulled pork was so tender and tasty! The scalloped pineapple was unlike anything I have had but it is a must try! I can't wait to try more items. This restaurant is a gem!

Although we went an hour before closing, the food was alright. Pictured is what we ordered(plus two water bottles)which was $39. A little steep for the quality of it. Definitely have had better BBQ. The brisket was 7/10 but the burnt ends were overdone & dry. I think if they up their portions to money ratio & offer a variety of sauces I would consider trying again.

Let me tell you, I dont even know where to start with how amazing their food is. This is the BEST bbq place we honestly have ever ate at, and we've tried a lot of places. Family owned, they are just so personable and friendly, the atmosphere was just like home. The ribs are AMAZING, the cheesy potatoes..AMAZING. They have Scalloped Pineapples ...which I kid you not, I died and went to heaven eating that!! Most genius creation ever!! We cannot wait to come back and try more things on their menu! Everything is fresh and homemade. Next time I think im gonna try the pulled pork sandwich with the scalloped pineapples on it! sounds amazing! Ohhh I also tried their creole coleslaw... AMAZING! didnt want to forget to mention that, cause thats chef's favorite kind of coleslaw! and I have to agree!! 😁 We brought home some brisket and the homemade applesauce. Brisket was tender and perfect! and the homemade applesauce ... I know ive used this word a lot..but its AMAZING! a must try for sure! All in all, if you have not gone there yet... its a MUST! and if you have, get your butt back there for some great food and friendly...

Wasn't the worst but wasn't the best. Little pricey for what you get. Meats didn't come with a side so you had to buy separately. Bought the kids meal, pulled pork, mac and cheese, potato salad, and the turkey jam sandwich. Kids meal was okay, sandwich was really good, potato salad was meh, my macaroni and cheese & pork was brought out cold. They heated it up and brought it back out. Wish I was given fresh instead. Mac and cheese was pretty good. The pork was terrible. Tasted extremely stringy and didn't even really taste like meat. Service wws decent, they picked up our trash for us which you dont often get in a joint life that so that was nice. Unfortunately the food just wasnt up to par Left pretty disappointed cause I was super excited to try this place. Probably wont be back.

Edit Replied to comment on FB and changed my review to "recommends" when I definitely don't. I deleted my comment and tried to put it back as "do not recommend" and it wouldn't let me. If yall can't take negative criticism, don't open a buisness. I...

Well, I FINALLY managed to catch them when they weren't super busy AND still had brisket and burnt ends available! I love burnt ends and any BBQ joint that doesn't offer them, I feel is incomplete. So I was stoked when I found out they were on the menu but it has taken me weeks to finally try some... It was worth the wait! Quite possibly the best I've ever had and I've tried many. Perfectly prepared, flavorful and seasoned! The 1/2# order I got was enough for 2 and reasonably priced. The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were also excellent, tender and delicious with heaping amounts of meat. Again, decently priced. The mac n cheese and potato salad were smaller portions but tasted great. Overall, highly recommended and I will return. The only downsides to this place are it's size and limited hours/days and the fact that they sell out of burnt ends way too fast! But that says a lot about just how good they are! Well done,...
