Taco Bell — Restaurant in Burlington

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The employee was extremely rude!!!

I made an online order. After sitting at the drive through window for a couple minutes the employee tells me they are out of the crunch wrap sliders. She says is there anything we can replace them with? I said we will take a beef chalupa. We get our bag of food and drive off. My husband checked our order and we were missing a few items. While he was checking the order, one of our two orders of street chalupas were burnt. He goes in to request a new order of non burnt street chalupas and items we were missing. The employee argues with him and doesn’t want to remake the street chalupas. She says they are on a timer. Then why do we have two totally different looking orders? Either way why argue to remake them? They eventually get remade, we get one missing item which was the cinnamon twists. I paid for some queso dip. My husband asked for the queso dip and she replied we got the nacho cheese sauce instead. She said they were out. We ordered fries that came with the nacho cheese sauce and that was the only cheese sauce we received. I still never received the extra cheese sauce I paid for. My husband came outside without an extra cheese sauce and no refund because this employee wanted to argue instead of do the right thing. I went back inside and told the employee I paid for the queso dip and if you don’t have it I need a refund. She said we gave u cheese sauce with your order. The cheese sauce I received comes with the fries. (She should know the menu better than me.) I told her to just look up my order and she will see that I paid for extra cheese sauce. She then walks off to the back and yells for the manager saying that they need to go to the front saying we have an angry customer. She yells it loud enough that our customers are talking about how rude that was. At that time the manager comes up and gives me a refund. That other employee is extremely rude and...

Very polite lady working the window. Food was delicious, this was 7 months ago, had 5 stars previously. Tonight I was refused service because I asked the lady to stop talking because I was trying to read menu and I had my special needs daughter trying to point to what she wanted. The lady identified as the manager but refused to give me her name. She had to carry on saying I was being nice because I told you I got off the mic and got back on, so I was being nice. The whole time talking and I just said stop talking so I can read menu then she refused to serve me. I asked her for manager she said she was but wouldn't give me her name, said she felt scared. At this point I hadn't cursed or anything, was with my 15yr old who was driving and my special need, adult daughter in the back. I actually explained to her was I asked her to stop talking because of my daughter trying to point to what she wanted and she still just refused to serve us. No worries because we went right to Taco John's, very polite and lady gave us All the time we...

The last two trips we've made to this taco bell have been bad. We went about a month ago and ordered some soft shell tacos and burritos. We got home and could barely eat the tacos because the shells were so brittle and burnt. Nothing was wrapped well. Half of the contents of each item was falling out of the wrapper and most of everything was smashed. I called the manager and they sent us some coupons. A couple weeks ago we decided to give it another go and took the coupons to taco bell and ordered some tacos and some quesadillas. We got home and again. The items were smashed, the sour cream was missing, nothing was wrapped properly. So I called back and spoke to the manager and informed them of my experience. They said they would send out more coupons. We have yet to receive them. It is highly unlikely that we will visit this...
