Subway — Restaurant in Burlington

I have loved subway for years , I as a teen actually work at one now ( not this one ) , I went through the drive thru and ordered my sandwich per usual , I drove back to my school and ate it at lunch , I was very disappointed as my sandwhich had a big piece of plastic in it, which did end up in my mouth ( eww ) and the tomatoes where completely hard and frozen. I am changing my review. This place is horrible, I don't know if they are intentionally getting my orders wrong or if they just hire people that don't give a crap about what they are doing. When I order I always order extra meat, which I pay a premium for, if I order through the drive through or through the app typically I do not get the extra meat. Wasn't satisfied with the service. I ordered online and wanted the deal offered two footlongs $5 a piece. No extras and when I checked out it didn't take. I went inside and was told the deal had ended even though it was still on the app. The sandwich artist made them neat and tidy but every topping was compartmentalized and all tucked inside the bun.
