McDonald's — Restaurant in Burlington

Want to share little inspiration hope that can instill spirit in your employees I was at the location today drive through made the order was a little busy and little wait time understood that’s no issue but what was really interesting the lady at the window handed me the food no smile , no thank you no words came out of her mouth at all it seems she hates her work just want to share my struggle story hope that helps to bring some smile on your employees face . I went to college lived in a small shabby apartment pumped gas to make ends meet but did not give up I always had a smile on my face and thanked God for giving me an opportunity to do something in life making that difference for my self and others I even worked two jobs I also worked in fast food stayed up late night to study , do my assignments and still keep good grades I had a 3.8 GPA. I completed my college successfully hard work paid off I was always happy to be at work for my dedication and sincerity all the hard work paid off . I don’t have to live in a shabby apartment I own my own home I am a successful banker and all those years of struggle was really with it . Hope this can provide some sort of inspiration to your staff so they can serve people better...

I do not like this Mickey D's. I would rather drive further or out of the way or a total different restaurant all together. I have had 3 separate issues with this particular restaurant. The last recent incident, I spent 20 bucks just to get cold food and a Grand Big Mac just to be thrown together. They dumped everything on it. The sause and onions was dumped on it. It had 8 or so pickles on it. It was so sloppy and nasty that boyfriend refused to eat it. I scrapped everything off and ate the meat to feel as though I didn't waste my money. It was late nite/morning but we waited in the drive thru so long, that I would have expected our food to be warm and put together neatly and edible. We was very disappointed. Update: My boyfriend decided to pull up her last minute. In the order was a requested Happy Meal for a boy....my son ended up with some type of pink my lil pony glasses. I just took the glasses out before he saw them and...

Went through drive through this morning. Paid no receipt given. Went to get food one item missing and another with extra cheese I did not ask for. But was not offered one without extra cheese. I was asked for receipt. They didn’t give me one. I asked if I could pay for missing item. I was told no were too busy. It was you just have to take what we gave you attitude. So I had to go through drive through again for item and keep extra cheese. When I went to window to pay. The cashier ignored me and played with a fan for five minutes. This should have been resolved when I said the item was missing and other item replaced with no extra cheese. And an apology would have been nice. They obviously did not care. I usually by pass this location for the one on 541. But gave it a chance. Think 541 has...
