I wasn't going to write a review but after speaking with a colleague who had the same experience with this particular cashier I felt compelled to share. Once this young woman decided to come to the register her only words were "name & date of birth". No greeting, no smile. She rang it up and simply said "ten dollars cash or card". As I stood there with my card in my hand I said "card" and I swiped my card and she said with much attitude "that's not a debit card, thats not going to work, why didn't you tell me it wasn't a debit card". As I attempted to tell her it was a FSA and she did not ask what type of card I would be using she snatched it out of my hand. At that point I'd had it and asked to speak with the manager. As the manager approached the cashier was explaining herself to the manager in a very disrespectful manner. After hearing what happened the manager began to explain that you can't speak to customers like that but the cashier continued to be extremely disrespectful and walked away from the manager leaving her to finish the transaction. This young woman was speaking like she was owner not as an employee and I found this totally unacceptable. I have never experienced this kind of behavior here. I have always had very pleasant encounters here. As I explained to the manager I come to this pharmacy because I want to support small business in town but I will not be disrespected where I'm spending my money.
