Fantastic food. We ordered takeout and ate at home but I was able to see the dining area and it was elegant! There was a ~250 gallon koi tank which housed some beautiful koi. The food was ready in 20 or so minutes after we ordered. They had those yummy green candies at the counter. We got home and demolished our food. We got the #37 stir fried tofu with veges and rice. The sauce was incredible and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. We got the vegetable egg rolls which were excellent. We also got the #38 Vegetarian curry which was moderately spicy but incredibly good with delicious noodles (we will likely order this curry again). All in all for the price we paid the food was top quality. I'm so happy to have another great restaurant nearby in the old north end. If you are reading this message and hungry you can't go wrong here. The food is exceptional and flavorful without feeling unhealthy or cumbersome. The food was packaged nicely for our walk back. A well organized menu with a whole page for vegetarian options.

Yum. Located in great little walkable neighborhood with various local cute shops. No frills, affordable, Vietnamese food. Best wonton soup I've had in Burlington so far (always on the lookout for excellent wonton). They have a decent amount of vegetarian options as well. The grilled chicken in the Com Thit Ga Guong was crispy and juicy and the pearl teas -mango and Thai tea- were just what we were looking for. Fried dumplings weren't the best and the tofu in my tofu udon wasn't seasoned. But overall a great meal and we're looking forward to trying more items.

I'll start with THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! After my first bite, I said to my husband, "This is sooooo gooooood!!!" 👏👏🤤 I had the chicken stir fry and husband had the bun bo hue. We both LOVED our meals. The staff was so great and friendly! We had been traveling from out of town and found this restaurant just off our path. Great reviews, but we would arrive so close to closing that we felt bad. We called ahead to confirm it was ok and they were so great with accomodating!! Thank you so much for a delicious dinner on our travels.

You will see that I replaced. My five star review now down to a one star review.

I always order from this place. But for some reason this time they completely messed up my order. There was a leak in my order so I called the restaurant to explain. I was put on hold and told the kitchen ‘did not believe me’ that I could only get the food replaced instead of refunded. I live 20 mins away so I did not want to drive all the way back. But I did with a trash bag pull of the soup and cracked container. Got my replace, I called back to confirm that the manager was aware of the situation. Told him that the soup was still hot so I burnt myself slightly. Was told that the food sits so there is no way the soup was still hot. And “what do you want me to do you already got the replace” no apology or anything.

I loved this place and would get it every-time I would come into town. NOT anymore, I will I guess try...

I was eager to see how Vermont's take on Vietnamese cuisine stacked up against what I've savored in the Bay Area and Orange County.

The Bun Bo Hue was an inviting dish that seemed appropriate as the temperature was chilly at night. And to my surprise, it delivered. While the essence was familiar, there was a bold, spicy kick, more pronounced than other versions I've had. This was a delightful surprise that added depth and character to the dish.

I was taken aback to see that the menu prices mirrored, if not exceeded, those of California's Vietnamese hubs, considering Vermont's generally lower cost of living.

All in all, Saigon Kitchen provides a delectable taste of Vietnamese cuisine that is sure to satisfy. The flavors and service were great. A worthwhile visit for those craving authentic Vietnamese...
